Connor walked towards the window, feeling the cold glass against his fingertips. He watched as droplets dropped from the sky

"Gotcha!" Mouse said suddenly hugging Connor

"Morning, Mouse" He said and continued to watch the pouring rain

"Rain got got down?" She asked him

Connor turned around and walked to the couch, plopping his rump on the cushion which shifted the couch back slightly

"I wanted to go outside today, but I can't cuz it's raining so damn hard!" Connor groaned

Mouse approached him and sat beside Connor, she rested her head atop his shoulder

"Hey, atleast you're going to be stuck inside so with me" She giggled

Mouse perked up and gave Connor a peck on the cheek, a smile seemed to form on his face

"i'll be right back" Mouse announced, she then proceeded to walk to her room

"Where are you going?" Connor asked, but Mouse didn't reply

She came back several minutes later with a pile of objects in her arms, the most noticeable being a large blanket

She gently placed them all down on the coffe table and stretched out her arms

"What's all this then?" Connor asked

A grin formed from ear to ear, Mouse jumped on top of Connor with the blanket around her

She took her arms and grabbed either side of the blanket, wrapping herself up with Connor

"we're doing rainy day activities!" Mouse laughed

"Id rather not, Mouse," Connor started "I was just going to-"

He looked over at Mouse who's eyes seemed to sparkle, her heart was racing and his began racing as well

"Please~?" Mouse pleaded

"Not with a rat," Connor grinned

"I'm not a fookin rat!" Mouse screamed

"Fine, Fine, i'll do activities with you, but first" Connor walked away towards the kitchen

The sound of metal hitting metal and a high pitched kettle started in the back ground

Soon enough, the room began to smell of cocoa with a strong smell of milk chocolate

"I got us some drinks!" Connor cheered

He placed two mugs onto the coffe table, one was a coffee that let off tons of steam, the other was a hot chocolate with small marshmallows

"When did we have marshmallows??" Mouse asked, picking up her drink

"I bought it yesterday while I was out, thought you'd enjoy it" Connor replied with a smile

Mouse took a sip from her mug, her eyes instantly became rainbows, it was as is her soul left her body

"This is too good!!" Mouse began, "When could you make such a good cup of hot chocolate??"

Connor smirked and leaned forwards, letting his face almost touch Mouse's

"It's a secret, little rat," He said with a malicious smile

Mouse shifted backwards a little bit, her face reddened when Connor was close

"So what's the plan for today?" Connor asked, sitting down on the couch

Mouse scooted forwards and revealed a deck of cards. It was Uno! a game that Mouse had played with her family several dozen times
