morning hugs

I woke up to my sister knocking on the door. "Adora, wake up." She yelled. I groaned sitting up. "I'm up, I'm up." I repeated. I grabbed my phone to check the time. 6:30am. School starts at 7:30am, I'm good. I got up and went to my bathroom, taking a shower. I had already thought about what I wanted to wear so that wasn't an issue. I got a graphic green shirt with some pretty prints on it together with some baggy jeans. I quickly did my hair, which was mainly brushing it and got some jewels to wear. I got my bag and went downstairs. "Where's Glimmer?" I asked Ash who was drinking some coffee. "Oh she isn't here yet." She said. Holy shit, the first time I was done early. I sat down and went on my phone. Two minutes later I hear a call pull up. I grabbed my bag and said goodbye to my sister, heading towards Glimmer's car. "What the fuck? You are early for like the first time." Glimmer said which I just rolled my eyes at. "Are we gonna pick up Bow or did he sleep over again?" I asked her with a smirk on my face. I could see the blush that appeared on her face as she rolled her eyes. We made it to school around 7:04am. Early. We walked to the spot we normally would sit at and saw some of our other friends. "Hey guys." Glimmer greeted them. "Hey." Mermista said. We sat down and I was actually waiting for Catra to show up. I sat there impatiently waiting for her and I felt a smile on my face as I watched their car pull up. They have become part of our friend group now which was something I was really happy about. "Goodmorning." I hugged Catra. She wasn't much of a hugger, only to Scorpia. I was a huge hugger, but only to people I feel comfortable with and Catra's one of them. "You're in a good mood." She laughed.
