I quickly went towards her and i see her face light up. "Oh Catra i'm so thankful your here!" She said in relief and i just laughed at her.

Time skip

Finally the bell rung. I quickly got out of english class that i had together with Bow. Going into the lunchroom we see the whole group. We quickly walked towards them to see what they are talking about. "So you met the soccer players?" Mermista asked with a smirk. God. Are we still on this convo? "Yeah turns out the brunette you said was hot is a old friend of Adora." Glimmer then said. "You knew her and didn't tell me?" Mermista asked in a dramatic tone. I just rolled my eyes before having a seat next to Glimmer. Honestly my mind was kind of focused on Catra and when she would be coming. I stare at the entrance, waiting to see her. A few minutes have passed and suddenly i see a group walk in. I could hear some nasty cat calling that some boys shouted which resulting in Catra flipping them off and she clearly looked annoyed. I took the chance and waved over to her to come sit by us which she saw and told her group about it. "I told them to come sit." I said to Glimmer. "You excited?" Bow asked with a smile. "What- no why would i be?" I asked. He rolled his eyes before continuing "C'mon she's an old friend." He said putting his hand on my shoulder. The group came and Catra sat by me as everyone just continued their own convo. She groaned before muttering "I hate everyone here." which i just softly chuckled at. The two groups didn't know each other that well so we kept our distance. I felt excited going to school with her again, i genuinely loved meeting people but this is Catra! My old.. friend. A few second later i see a purple haired girl running towards our table. "Sorry i'm late i was helping the science teacher out!" She said with a big smile and bubbly personality. She seemed so familiar. "Why do you look so familiar?" I asked with a raised brow and i see that i caught your attention. "Adora do you not remember Entrapta? Horde elementary?" Catra asked me and then i came to my senses. "Oh Adora! I didn't even recognize you it's been a long time." She said running towards me and giving me a hug. "Ah sorry i didn't talk to you i was busy with a project on my phone. Ohh that's why you seemed to have already known Catra i mean you too used to be-" I cut her off before she could say anything else. "Well it's nice seeing you." I said with a awkward little chuckle. I could see Glimmer giving me a 'wtf was that' look but i ignored it. I look over to Catra who was eating some chips as she grabbed her phone out. I see her opening instagram and scrolling through a few photos on her feed. Without thinking i grabbed her phone and clicked on her profile to get her username. "What the f-" She started but i then immediately gave her her phone back. "You could've just asked doofus." She said rolling her eyes with laughter. I chuckled before searching her name up and following her. She had a few posts, some were from her friends, some were selfies and some were even pictures of the places she's been. Nice, the only post i had was me, Glimmer and Bow at a sleepover. I had quite a few followers, not that i cared. I see she followed me back and from the corner of my eye i could see her looking at my profile. I just smirked before putting my phone down.

I decided to take a look at her profile, she had a post of her, Glimmer and Bow on there and it was pretty cute if i'm being honest. I immediately closed my phone and put it down. I could see Lonnie and the rest were getting along pretty well. It was still a bit awkward for me and Adora since we used to be.. never mind. I shouldn't think much of it that was the past and since then we've grown. "So how's the school been so far?" She suddenly asked me. "Oh uh well the kids are total asses and the teachers are annoying as fuck." I said annoyed. I could hear her softly chuckle before speaking up again "Well looks like you haven't changed." She said with a raised brow and a smirk. "And what's that supposed to mean?" I asked with a raised brow.

"Well you still hate everyone, groan before every sentence, swear even though it isn't necessary and puts people in their place." She explained. "Awh you remember all those things about me? That's adorable." I said teasing the blonde and i could see her blush from embarrassment. "Oh fuck off, don't pretend like you didn't still think about me." She said. "Yeah no shit i did." I said rolling my eyes. I got a few glances from Lonnie but ignored them. "So you do track huh?" I asked her. "Yeah i guess." She answered. "Hm.. cool." I said back. I couldn't say anything else before i heard the bell ring. I was about to leave when i felt a tap on my shoulder. I see Glimmer standing there and she gave me a note with her address on it. She smiled before walking back with who i'm assuming is her boyfriend Bow. I had science next together with Lonnie. Adora winked at me before entering another class with Glimmer. I returned the gesture before taking a seat next to Lonnie.
