Author's Note: I hate to be this person, but I am noticing a lack of comments from you guys! Come on, guys! I'm not asking for praises or compliments, but after working so hard on each chapter, it's nice to read your opinions and thoughts. It acts as a personal motivation, which makes me want to write more. A special request, if you are enjoying this story, do let me know your thoughts and comments. Thank you! :)

Shehzad
I knew how much Mishal was hurting, and I had no idea how to ease her pain. She was having panic attacks at the idea of moving on, but she was trying her best for her own sake, as well as for Maaz.
"What do you think?" Mr Hamid, her father asked me.
"I think Rohail is a great guy, and Sobia agrees. She has worked with him, as well as his sister and she has gotten to know them." I told him.
Mrs Hamid was looking at her daughter, her eyes filled with tears. Mishal was currently sitting between her two sisters, who were talking quietly to her. Meanwhile, Maaz was playing with his Khallas' kids.
Mishal's parents, sisters and their kids had arrived the day before as Mr and Mrs Hamid wanted to meet up with Mr Zulfiqar Ahmed.
"For parents, it's a nightmare to see a daughter lose her husband." Mrs Hamid spoke softly. "She loved Sarib with everything that she had."
Mr Hamid dabbed a handkerchief over his own damp eyes. "May Allah give her strength. Ameen. It's been three years, but this will certainly reopen some wounds."
"But it's good that she's trying to move forward." I nodded. "Bhai would have wanted this."
Mr Hamid patted my shoulder. "This doesn't change anything, Shehzad. You're still as much a part of our family as you have been since Mishal married Sarib."
"I know, Uncle. I appreciate that." I glanced towards where Maaz was playing with Zara, Tara's daughter. "Maaz will always keep us bound together, anyway. In Sha Allah." I excused myself and left the room then, wanting to give them some family time together.
Bia was at the BeeWrite office and would be back soon, but frankly speaking, I wanted some time to myself right now.
Yes, this was about Mishal and Maaz, and my Allah knew how happy I was for them. But I had no idea how hard this would feel for me. I knew that it had been three years since I'd since my brother alive and with his family, but the idea of seeing his wife and son a part of another family was hurting in the most unexpected of ways.
A sudden sense of finality was dawning on me, as if I was suddenly realising that Bhai was well and truly gone, and the last remaining chapter that made me feel close to him was about to close. Of course, I still had Maaz, but In Sha Allah, he would be growing up considering someone else as his fatherly figure.
My Bhai's son will consider someone else his father!
I headed out into the garden, feeling like I was going to suffocate. The tears were making me blind and I just wanted to go somewhere far away and scream at the top of my lungs.
