Chapter 2: Invitation

Xiao POV:

I walked out from vision training and took a shower at my dorm. Venti was probably hanging out with Aether along the way to the dorm, so I figured I wouldn't have to lock anything. Sure enough, Venti came 15 minutes later, 10 minutes after my shower.
"Hanging out with Aether?" I grumbled.
"Yeyeah.." Venti replied, tired, "He invited me to sit on his table. I might go."
"We promised Chongyun and Xingqiu."
"Ohh yeah.. didn't they get sick or something??"
"They did?"
"Yeah, Xingqiu got a cold and Chongyun's taking care of him. Happened right after first period. Awh, how sweet those two are~!"
"Who's on his table?"
"Him and Kazuha. Maybe Gorou and Scara."
"Alright. I'll go."
"Wait! I need a really cold shower first."
"Fine."

3 minutes later, Venti was back in his uniform.
"Let's gooo! I got your almond tofu!!"
They arrived at the table and digged in.
"Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to make Barbatos ratatouille... maybe another time," Venti said.
"I'm trying Thoma's specialty, miso soup," Aether said.
"I'm having my homemade ramen!" Gorou said.
"I'm having fried fish." Kazuha said calmly.
"What about you, Scara and Xiao??"
"Almond tofu.. I usually don't feed myself like this.."
"I'm not eating anything."
"WHAT?! You need to eat!!"
"Here, have some of my fried fish. It's delicious."
"No thanks. I don't eat at school."
"Hm. Did I mention that your looks the deepest of violet today? Hm! Coincidence, the colour of my favorite birds."
"You dork."
It seems that these two were in love or something, they did seem to be showing signs of affection.
"Are you guys going to the party?" Aether said.
"What party???" Venti said, clearly offended that he wasn't going.
"Xinyan and Barbara's party."
"Ohh yeah! Let's goo, Xiao, pleaaseeee??"
"Uhh.."
"Pleeeaaaaasssssseeeeeeee???????"
"Fine."
"Yay!"
Whether I liked it or not, Venti and Aether hung out more.
I was becoming more and more jealous by each moment they were together.
Ok so I wanna get to the angsty blood (not much blood) part but 2 chapters are obviously too early so I guess shorter chapters or longer
