I know I could do better with the titles but who cares?

"XIAOOOOOOO!" Venti burst in the dorm, his soccer bag with him, "Guess what? Guess what??"
"Finally, you're back," Xiao replied nauseously.
"WE WO- hey, you sound kinda sick, you good?"
"It matters not. I'm fine."
"Well.. if you say so!"
"I'd rather you go on about your soccer and gliding competition."
"EEEEEKK! I THOUGHT YOU'D NEVER ASK!!"
As Venti told Xiao all about soccer and gliding, the sun streamed gently in, making Xiao wince.
"Heeey, Xiaooo, why do you hate the light so much?"
"It's just..distracting."
"Okay..!"
Xiao was barely able to keep his eyes open. He liked hearing Venti, his sweet voice, alluring eyes. But he was just out of it.
"Hey..Xiao.. you know you can talk to me right? About..whatever's going on?" Venti said, noticing his conditions.
"Thanks Venti, but I'm really fine—"
But suddenly it was as if something had controlled Xiao—he suddenly rested his head on Venti's shoulder. Xiao didn't seem to notice because he was spacing out.
"Omghghhhgmfmmmgoshshsoghsgsshomygoshomyghjdhsgdfgshdgfgfomgoshsskskshdhmssjjjmhoddfhhgfukkkhelllelelek!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Venti thoguht, blushing bright.
"H-hey, Xiao, you're spacing out, are you okay?"
"Huh? I'm fine. I'm gonna go get something."
Xiao slumped over to his room. He sat on his bed without thinking. Then, the sleep could not wait anymore. It ambushed him like an abundance of ninjas, and he fell down in to a deep sleep. He dreaded sleep; there was high chance of getting a nightmare every time. He knew he sounded like a little kid when he tried to skip sleep. But ever since that day, that dread day, he had been scarred, sleep was the last thing he wanted.

A few minutes later, Venti went to check on Xiao. He found Xiao fast asleep.
"Ah..poor bird hasn't gotten enough sleep." He thought, while pulling the sheets over Xiao. He leaned over Xiao for a second, then pulled himself back.
Xiao's phone rang, scaring Venti out of his wits.
"Annoying ginger b****"
"That's probably Childe."
Venti picked up the phone and said, "Sorry, Xiao's not available."
"Oh, hey Venti! It's been a while!"
"Did I not see you and Zhongli yesterday?"
"Shshshsh. It's called building a conversation. Anyway, Zhongli wanted to know why Xiao blocked him."
"Xiao...blocked him?"
"Yeah, they got into a fight and everything. Xiao was in a really bad mood."
"Oh."
"It's actually kinda good that you picked up his phone. It would've been a really awkward and quickly hung-up conversation."
"Ehe, yeah. Hey, how come you haven't been blocked yet?"
"I.. that's actually a good point. Well, I'm gonna go now, I'll see you soon?"
"Sure."

As soon as the call ended, Venti leaned over Xiao.
"Sweet dreams."
Then he left the room.
