"Breakfast at seven, Hawks. Don't ditch me for that stupid boyfriend of yours,"

"He is not my boyfriend!" Hawks exclaimed, his voice was higher than usual which made her roll her eyes- Did he think that he could fool her?

"So, there is a he?" She rolled her eyes again.

"No!"

"Whatever, Hawks. Breakfast at seven."

These were the last words that were spoken between Rumi and Hawks. They were supposed to have breakfast together on the day after Dabi and Hawks were de-aged. So, Rumi had gone to the coffee that Hawks had suggested, he was always saying that they have the best coffee and the best from everything. She waited for fifteen minutes then it turned to an hour and Hawks didn't show up. Eventually, she left after ordering her coffee and promised that when she saw him she would punch him in the face- friends or not, he deserved this punch.

Hawks didn't even call her to apologise nor he was seen through the whole day and that made her worry; what if he was hurt and no one knew. Hawks wasn't known for escaping his duties as a hero not even to laze with his fucking secret boyfriend or girlfriend (but Rumi suspected that it was a boyfriend.)

Rumi had gone to Hawks' agency at the end of the day, barging in his office as if she owned it even after his secretary tried to stop her. But Rumi didn't find Hawks, the only thing indicating that he was there recently was his faint smell.

"I told you he wasn't there," Chihiro, his secretary, had said. All of the employees in the agency were worried about their boss because he didn't show up for his paperwork after his patrol and they thought upon seeing the rabbit hero that she knew something, but this hope was crushed when she asked if he was in his office.

"Just contact my agency if he showed up," Rumi said before leaving.

Also, Rumi had checked his apartment, using her spare key to open it, but Hawks wasn't there. A bucket of KFC was on the kitchen counter and a couple of feathers, but nothing else - there was no Hawks nor his partner.

Did the fucker elope or something because he had got enough? - Rumi thought. She knew that Hawks got too much on his plate with how the commission assholes were after, she always told him to do whatever he wanted and fuck them after seeing the state of him, but he always refuse- he is the Pro hero no.2 for God's sake! What did these assholes have on him?

She had been going to his agency for the fucking two weeks, but there was no news on him. It was as if he vanished into thin air, no one knew anything about him or heard anything from him.

So, Imagine her surprise when she saw Eraserhead and Present Mic in Hawks' agency. They were asking the employees about Hawks' whereabouts and if he was on some mission that made him disappear- who are the villains that could kidnap Hawks?- If Hawks was related to any villains.

All their questions were suspicious as fuck - Rumi thought.

"Eraserhead," Rumi called him after following them to the agency's door.

"Ah, the rabbit hero," Present Mic yelled, he looked nervous for a moment then he schooled his features - As Rumi thought, they were suspicious as fuck. "I mean Hello, how are you?"

Well, Rumi liked to get into business quickly. "No need to beat around the bush, Present Mic," she said, eyeing them both. "Why are you asking about Hawks?"

"Uh- because he disappeared?" Present Mic asked while Aizawa looked uninterested in the conversation, the act made Rumi bristle with anger, her best friend had gone missing and these two came to the agency for the first time and asked about Hawks.
