Enjoy the new chapter, please.

I'm sorry if it's only a small one, but I had to write Shigaraki's p.o.v.

"Shigaraki Tomura, it's never too late."

Whispers plagued his mind for days, trying to lure him to the voice.

He stared blankly at nothing. He wasn't even aware of his surroundings; it was just nothingness, endless blackness that kept swallowing him until he feared that he would no longer exist.

Fear, volcanic and devouring, pulsed and festered, was the only thing Tenko was feeling.

He remembered when he stayed days like this after knowing All For One's plan.

A tool.

He was only a tool for All For One all these years and he foolishly thay that All For One had saved him because he was lost and didn't have anyone. He foolishly thought that All For One cared about him.

Oh, how foolish he was!

And now All For One had escaped from Tartarus. Fear grew further until it gripped his whole body. Tenko felt lost like the kid who killed his whole family by his hands. He hated this feeling, but he couldn't get rid of it.

He didn't know what to do. There was a part of him that still looked at All For One as his saviour, the only one who cared for him – as his Sensei – but this part was buried under the feelings of hurt and betrayal.

It hurt knowing someone close to you had become your worst enemy - Someone who was supposed to protect you from the harshness of this world, but All For One was only using him for his quirk.

He wasn't Shigaraki Tomura nor Shimura Tenko, he was just a body with a suitable quirk for destruction.

"Your quirk may be made to destroy, but Shimura Tenko is not his quirk, and anyone who says otherwise I'm gonna kick their ass!" Tenko scoffed, not believing a word coming out of Kurogiri (or was it Oboro?), but the latter only continued when he was greeted by silence.

"No one gets to decide who you are, not your quirk, not society, and not even All For One. You are the one who gets to decide, Tenko." Kurogiri said, looking Tenko in the eyes.

It was so hard to decide because Tenko always saw All For One as his father. He was someone better than his real father.

But it was all just a lie.

Why was he so unlovable and no one wanted him?

"Tenko —" A voice snapped him from this nothingness. It was always this voice. He looked to his right and found Kurogiri standing there. His chest felt tight and it hurt as he looked at Oboro's face which was getting clearer every day and Tenko feared one day that Kurogiri would no longer exist.

Nevertheless, he was warming up to Oboro.

He didn't catch the rest of Kurogiri's sentence. "What am I going to do?" He said, his voice trembling all of sudden. He was afraid, so afraid.

Sometimes he thought all of this was a lie and All For One deeply cared about him and wasn't using him.

"It's your decision, Tenko," Kurogiri said. "And no one will blame you for what you decide, not me and not your friends."

"You know what hurt the most? – he saved me." Tenko said and he felt his own nails digging into his neck, scratching until blood came out.

He felt Kurogiri's hand grabbing his, stopping it from scratching and damaging his skin even further. He wanted to scratch more, maybe like this he could harm himself more because he was nothing - nobody wanted him.
