I'm on my way to the set of the newest marvel movie feeling excited but also extremely nervous. When I finally arrive I sit in my car trying to calm myself down when there's a knock on my car window scaring the hell out of me. I look up to see Chris Evans standing outside my car waving at me. So I open the car door watching him take a few steps back. "Hey are you Y/n?"
"Oh, yea hi" I chuckle nervously unbuckling my seat belt and turning my car off.
"Hey I'm Chris Evans, it's nice to meet you new kid" He holds his hand out smiling.
"I'm Y/n Y/l/n, it's nice to meet you too Chris" I take his hand shaking it as I climb out of my car.
"Sorry for startling you, I was walking by and saw you sitting here. You seemed nervous so I thought I'd come and see if you're ok" He explains letting go of my hand. I close the door and lock up my car turning back to Chris.
"It's fine" I shake my head letting out a chuckle, "thanks for coming and checking. I was just feeling a little nervous"
"That's totally understandable" He puts his hand on my shoulder, "But I'm sure you'll fit in great here! Come on I'll show you around" He offers motioning for me to follow him. Chris starts showing me around set a little, he shows me where the trailers are. "And this here is your trailer."
"Thanks for showing me around mate" I smile then I notice someone walking up to us from behind him.
"No problem man!" He pauses seeing I'm looking at someone. "What're you looking at?" He turns around and I get a better look at who it is.
"There you are Evans! Scarlett's been wondering where you went. We have to be.." The familiar looking woman's sentence begins to trail off as she notices me standing with Chris. "Hi, are you the new cast member? Y/n Y/l/n right?"
"That's me, and you're Elizabeth Olsen" I chuckles as a smile forms across her lips.
"Yep that's me! It's nice to meet you" She holds out her hand offering me to shake it.
I take a deep breathe and take her hand in mine giving her a small handshake. "It's nice to meet you too" I quickly take my hand away shoving both my hands in my pockets. "I should uh get to hair and makeup huh? Where's that again?"
"I'll show you again, you'll remember where things are in no time" Chris laughs patting me on the back.
"Thanks" I smile a little nodding my head as he starts walking away.
"What about Scar!?" Elizabeth yells after us as I follow Chris to the hair and makeup trailer.
"Tell her I'm taking the new guy to hair and makeup!" Chris yells behind him.
"Ugh, fine! See you later you two!" I turn to see her waving to me with a big smile on her face. I don't want to be rude so I decide to just give her a small wave before turning completely forward again.
"Thanks for showing me again" I thank him as we approach the hair and makeup trailer.
"Not a problem, don't hesitated to ask me or anyone else for anything. We'll be happy to help" He smiles, he seems pretty cool.
"Thanks, you should probably go see what Scarlett wants" I laugh a little as he groans.
"Right yea. I'll see you on set then!" He waves to me quickly walking off to set. I go into the hair and makeup trailer, they quickly get me all ready.
Once they finish I get up and open the door to the trailer to see Elizabeth frozen in place. She was frozen ready to knock on the door startling me a little. "Jesus you scared me!" I shake my head as she stumbles to straighten back up.
"I-I'm sorry! I came to see if you wanted me to maybe walk you to set heh.. we have a scene together" She offers chuckling nervously.
"Oh uh.. sure. Since we have a scene why not? Thanks Elizabeth" I shoot her a small smile.
"No problem, oh and you can call me Lizzie" She smiles clasping her hands together begins her back. "It makes me sound old when people call me Elizabeth"
"Well then thanks Lizzie. Let's get to set then huh?" I watch her start taking a step back realizing her foot isn't gonna be stable. "Lizzie wait be careful!" Her foot slips so I reach forward grabbing her arm and pulling her to me. But she's already started falling so when I pull her to me it causes me to fall forward. I quickly flip over wrapping my arms around her so she lands on me. Once we hit the floor I get the wind knocked out of me, "Ow fuck"
Lizzie quickly gets off of me and stumbles to her feet. "Oh my god are you ok!? I'm so so sorry Y/n!!" She reaches forward to help me up.
I shake my head sitting up, "I'm ok. I've been through worse. Are you ok?"
"I'm ok.. you're body kinda cushioned my fall.." She laughs nervously bringing her hand back up to her chest. "I really am sorry though"
"It's fine, I wasn't gonna let you fall. Im not an asshole" I get up dusting myself off feeling pain in my back.
"Are you sure you're ok? I can take a look at your back-"
"No!" I blurt out on accident, shit I didn't mean to yell. She bites her bottom lip standing kinda awkwardly now so I take a deep breathe and clear my throat. "No it's uh it's ok" I watch her rub the back of her neck awkwardly. "I'm sorry" I push past her and start quickly walking to set.
"H-Hey wait!" I hear her yell from behind but I just keep walking.
"Yo! Y/n, over here man!" I look over to see Chris waving me over to him and Scarlett. I run up to them saying hi to Scarlett, as they start conversating I look back to see Lizzie looking right back at me. What a great start to my first day on set.
