I wake up feeling a weight on my chest. I look down to see Lizzie peacefully sleeping on my chest. Then I look around confused until I remember we came to my house and talked almost all night. We must've fallen asleep by accident. I smile and place my hand on her back pushing her softly, "Lizzie, darling wake up. We have work today"
She groans and talks over away from me, "5 more minutes.." She mumbles tiredly making me laugh.
"Alright you can have 5 more minutes. Do you want some tea or coffee?" I lay my arm over her looking over at her face.
"Coffee please... tea later.." She mumbles again.
"Ok darling coffee it is" I lean over kissing her cheek before getting up and out of bed. I make my way downstairs into my kitchen. "Hm.. I'll have some coffee too. I'll make me tea later on." I say to myself then start making us a pot of coffee. Once it's done I feel arms wrap around me from behind. "Morning sleepyhead"
"Morning.. I'm tired" She whines as I turn around in her arms and wraps her up in my arms.
"We did talk for awhile. It's cute how much you talk about your sisters" I chuckle and kiss the top of her head.
"I do love them a lot" She giggles lightly as I let go of her and pour us both a cup of coffee.
"It's cute. Now sadly you have to go home and change." I smile taking a sip of my coffee.
"Why?" She whines.
"Because if you go to work with the same clothes you were wearing yesterday, everyone who knew about the date is gonna think we slept together. I don't feel like being teased today" I laugh setting the coffee cup down on the counter.
"We technically did sleep together" She shrugs with a smirk forming across her lips.
"True we slept. But they'll think we had sex" I chuckle leaning down kissing her softly. "How about this, I'll get ready and take you back to your house-"
"You already have to do that! My car is at my house!" She laughs as I shush her.
"Let me finish darling! Instead of just dropping you off, I'll take you to work as well. Would you like that?" I chuckle wrapping my arms around her waist.
"Yes! I'd love that" She smiles setting her cup down next to mine then grabbing my face and kisses me softly.
"Great! Then I'll go get changed while you finish your coffee. We can put them in to go cups" I give her a quick kiss then take a step back.
"I'll put them in to go cups while you change" She smiles softly at me.
"Ok, the to go cups are in that cupboard with the normal coffee cups" I point to the cup cupboard then kiss her cheek. "I'll be right back" I walk upstairs and quickly change into pants and a white T-shirt. I brush my teeth and fix my slight bed head then go back downstairs. I walk into the kitchen where Lizzie is wiping something up off the counter. "Did you spill a little darling?"
"I did I'm sorry!" She groans throwing the paper towel away in the trash.
"It's alright, thank you for cleaning it up" I wrap my arms around her from behind and kiss her cheek. "Ready to go?"
"Yep! Here this one is your cup" She hands me my cup, which has Mickey Mouse on it.
"This is the cup you chose for me?" I chuckle grabbing the cup from her.
"Yea! It's cute" She giggles grabbing her coffee cup which has Minnie on it.
"I like that you're using these as a couples coffee cup set" I laugh walking out of the kitchen to grab my keys.
"Is that not why you have them?" She queries following me out of the kitchen.
"Well they were gifts. My parents took Xander to Disneyland a few years back and they brought them back. My mum got me the Mickey Mouse one and as a joke Xander got me a Minnie one" I explain walking out of my house with her locking my front door.
"That's sweet. Even if the Minnie one is a joke" She chuckles while we get into my little Honda. "Why didn't you go with them?" She asks.
"Oh I was filming a movie in Atlanta so I wasn't able to go. That's why they bought me a few souvenirs" I start the car and drive off towards her house.
"Have you ever been?" She queries.
"No I haven't, I've been busy or just haven't had the time to go" I shrug putting my arm on the center console.
"Well if you want to, maybe me and you could go sometime?" She smiles over at me as she puts her hand in mine.
"I'd like that" I smile bringing her hand up and kissing the back of it. "Maybe after we finish filming the movie"
"That would be perfect, go on a little vacation!" She gasps in excitement making me laugh.
"You're cute when you're all excited"
"Do you think everything I do is cute?" She queries smirking at me.
"Maybe" I chuckle as we turn down the street where her house is. I park in her driveway and lean over kissing her cheek.
"I'll be right back" She leans over giving me a peck on the lips before getting out of the car. I watch her walk into her house then go onto my phone waiting for her to come back. About 6 minutes pass and I hear the passenger door open and close. "I'm back and ready to go!"
I look over at her and smile putting my phone away. "Welcome back darling" I chuckle reaching over and tucking a stray hair behind her ear. "Let's get going"
Before I can put the car in reverse Lizzie reaches over grabbing onto my face, bringing me over to her. She kisses me softly and smiles, "Ok now we can go"
