A few hours pass and the workday is finally over. Once I've finished changing out of my suit, I open my trailer door to see Xander, Lizzie and Scarlett talking amongst themselves. "Hey finally!" Scarlett laughs as I walk down the few steps, now standing next to Xander.
"I didn't take that long" I roll my eyes as the girls chuckle.
"Sure. Anyway, a few of us are going back to mine for drinks. I was wondering if you guys would like to join us." She smiles brightly at me and Lizzie looking from me to her.
"I could go for some drinks. Babe?" I look over at Lizzie who's smiling back at me.
"It sounds like a good time, I'm in!" She clasps her hands together excitedly.
I look over at Xander who's standing awkwardly, fiddling with his thumbs. "Hey, why don't you come with Xander?" I suggest.
"Oh that's a great idea!" Scarlett exclaims as Xander looks up nervously.
"Really? You guys want me to come?" He asks shyly.
"Of course!" Lizzie smiles over at him.
"I'll even give you a drink!" I laugh wrapping my arm around the back of his neck.
"What!? Wouldn't mum and dad notice if I drink!" He whines, making a good point.
"Hm... Why don't you stay the night at mine? It's Friday so you don't have school. We can stop by the house and grab a few things before heading to Scarletts." I smile patting shoulder. He stands silently for a few moments, "If you don't want to that's fine, no pressure."
"It's not that I don't want to... You know what? Yea! I'd like to go!" He smiles as the girls cheer.
"That's the spirit! Let's head out then!" I ruffle his hair before grabbing Lizzie's hand in mine and walking to my car. I drop Lizzie off at her house so she can meet us there, then I drive us to our mum and dads house. I decide to go in while he gets his stuff to say hello. We chat for a bit till Xander comes out with a huge smile on his face. So we say our goodbyes and head off to Scarletts house.
"Are you sure you want me to go with you? I'm your little brother, wont that be embarrassing?" Xander looks over at me as we pull up to Scarlett's.
"What? Hanging out with you? No not at all! Xander you're my brother and I love you. I'm not embarrassed by you. I'd never be embarrassed by you mate." I reach over playfully punching his arm. "Now let's go have some fun!"
"I love you too. You're a great big brother." He smiles and climbs out of the car.
I follow him out of the car and up to the front door. I knock and a few moments later the door swings open. "There you are! Welcome, come on in" Scarlett smiles motioning us into her home. I give Xander a little push forward so he starts to walk and follow him inside.
"Hey babe!" Lizzie throws her arms around my neck and kisses me softly.
"Hey darling" I chuckle, giving her another kiss. "Who's all here?"
"Evans, Robert, Tom, and Mackie" Lizzie lets go of me and hugs Xander who's taken by surprise.
"Come on then. Let's go into the living room." Scarlett walks past us grabbing Lizzie's hand on the way. "And before you asks, the drinks are also out in the living room" She chuckles walking away with Lizzie.
I look at Xander who looks at me chuckling, I motion him to follow him with my head and start going into the living room. "Hey everyone" I wave to the others who all greet us back. I sit next to Lizzie and Xander sits down on my other side shyly. I reach past Lizzie and grab two bottles of beer. "Want one?" I hold one of the bottles up to Xander.
"Wait you really are going to let me have one?" He looks at me with a confused look on his face.
"Well yea. I wasn't just taking the piss." I chuckle placing the bottle in his hands as he still looks at me confused. "Xander, dad took me to a pub and let me drink a pint with him when I was 6. I think you'll be ok"
"He did!?" He exclaims.
"What?" Lizzie chimes in.
I look around at everyone as they all have their eyes on me, "What? Why are you all looking at me?"
"Your dad took you to a pub at 6?" Scarlett raises an eyebrow at me as I open my bottle.
"Yea. Why is that so weird?" I query as they all just mumble incoherently. I shrug it off and switch bottles with Xander giving him my opened one. "Try it. If you don't like it then you don't have to drink it." I let him know while I open the other bottle. I watch him take a drink and laugh when his face scrunches up. "Good?"
"It's... an interesting taste" He chuckles then takes another drink.
We then begin talking and telling stories while drinking for awhile. Then I notice Anthony look at me and smirk, "What's your most embarrassing story Y/n?" I chuckle awkwardly looking at Lizzie then back at Anthony. "Come on, what is it?"
I clear my throat trying to think of a different embarrassing story that isn't what happened the other night. "One time in school, I woke up late and threw on a shirt then hurried to class. When I got to class I realized that I slept in my underwear. So I had shown up.. in my boxers."
"That is embarrassing" Robert chimes in with a chuckle as Lizzie leans her head on my shoulder.
"That's not the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you." I glare at over at Xander who has a smirk forming across his lips.
"Wait it's not!? What's the story then!" Anthony sits up in his seat.
"It was definitely that!" I smack Xanders arm as he shakes his head. "I think you've had too much to drink."
"It's only my second one! And something embarrassing just happened to you the other day!" He points at me as I keep glaring at him.
"Tell us! What is it!" Now Scarlett chimes in.
I look at Lizzie who's hiding her face in my arm. I sigh and look back at Xander, "Maybe the other person in the story doesn't want people knowing Xander."
Then Lizzie takes a deep breathe and wraps her arms around my arm making me look over at her. "It's ok babe, you can say it."
"Are you sure? I won't if you don't want me to." I furrow my brows, checking to make sure she's ok with it.
"I'm sure. Besides, Scarlett knows already." She chuckles nervously as Scarlett grins ear to ear at me.
"Ok ok." I take a deep breathe, kiss Lizzie on the head and turn back to everyone else. "The other night... After me and Lizzie slept together, my parents and Xander came to my house and barged into my room. Seeing me and Lizzie naked in bed. She hid under the covers and I stared horrified as they stood in my room." There's silence for a few moments and then Evans and Mackie begin laughing.
"That's like a worse nightmare!" Evans laughs putting his hand to his chest.
"It's even worse if the girls dad or family sees." Tom chimes in making us all look at him.
"You have a story for us Spidey?" Robert smirks as Tom's face turns bright red.
"What!? No! I just mean that would be even more horrifying! It's never happened to me" He shakes his head while waving his hand rapidly as we all laugh.
"Sure Holland, sure" Anthony nudges him with his arm as Tom puts his face in his hands.
I look over at Lizzie to make sure she's ok, when I do I see she has a big smile on her face as she laughs. I smile knowing she's not feeling embarrassed or awkward because of the story. She then looks at me, catching me staring. "What? Is there something on my face?" She queries putting her hand on her cheek.
"No. I'm just looking at you." I chuckle as she smiles grabbing onto my hand. She lifts herself up a bit and kisses me softly. Then she wraps her arms around my forearm and leans her head against my shoulder again. I kiss her head smiling then chime back into the conversation.
