Chaeyoung sat at home after the week of Jisoo's accident, Jisoo was at work while Chaeyoung had the day off. She cleaned the apartment before she looked over at the corner seeing the piano, she smiles before setting the broom down and sitting at the piano bench. Her fingers ghost the keys before pressing gently on them, her old passion she forgot about long ago.
"You play the piano?" She jumped causing the piano to play a harsh dark sound, she looks back at Jisoo. "Sorry!"
"I-i just haven't played in a while." Chaeyoung looks back at the piano, "D-do you want me to play you a song?" She shyly asks as Jisoo sets her stuff down at the small table, before joining her on the seat. She rests her head against Chaeyoung's shoulder before closing her eyes, Chaeyoung plays a gentle but slow song that sounded peaceful. Jisoo smiles as Chaeyoung secretly glances at her, it was like Chaeyoung was the perfect person for Jisoo.
A young Chaeyoung stares down at the keys as her piano teacher stares her down, she plays a key before her hand was hit with leather. She snatched her hand back looking at the mean old lady before frowning,
"Again."
Chaeyoung blinks as Jisoo shakes her,
"Hmm?"
"Are you okay? You seemed out of it."
"I'm fine, just memories." Chaeyoung smiles as Jisoo looks at the piano, "Do you know how to play?" Jisoo shakes her head.
"No"
"Do you want to learn?" Chaeyoung asked as Jisoo nodded, "Give me your hand." She takes Jisoo's hand and ghosted her fingers over the piano. Better than what her teacher taught her.
Sounds of music would be heard down the halls, Jisoo smiles brightly as Chaeyoung teaches her a small easy song. The piano was something Chaeyoung loved doing, which is why she always wanted one. She hadn't played in a while.
Chaeyoung laughs as Jisoo starts singing a silly song and plays off-key, but it seemed like Jisoo was perfect for her.
"Chae?" Jisoo snaps her back into reality as Chaeyoung leans forward to kiss her, Jisoo kisses back a bit confused as Chaeyoung smiles.
"I love you." Chaeyoung says, "I know I don't say it a lot." She admitted as Jisoo takes her hands. "I'm sorry."
"Hey, there's nothing to be sorry about." Jisoo said calmly, "in fact, whenever you say it, it tells me I'm doing a good job."
"A good job?" Chaeyoung questions, "You're doing a wonderful one." Chaeyoung says as Jisoo hugs her, the fresh vanilla scent that she loved.
"I love you too," Jisoo mumbles into her shoulder as Chaeyoung rests her head against hers, Delusional, I was.
