It was quite some time before the guys said a word to us. I mean I get it they lost a brother. but why shut out those who love you and wanna be there for you. not to mention your kids.
When they talked that's when I introduced Happy and Jax to their son and daughter.
"Meet Diego Happy Lowman and Adalyn Leanna Teller," I say
They both took time holding their kids and talking to them while I would spend time with Abel assuring him that Diego and Addie aren't taking his daddy and Happy's time from him that they are just getting to know Diego and Addie since they never met them.
After a while of convincing him, Abel went back to the living room and watched Jax and Happy.
"Come join us bud," Happy says
Abel smiled and rushed over claiming in between Happy and Jax on the couch looking between the two.
They sat there asking him all sorts of questions. like was he a big help with his brother and sister? was he helping mommy with the simple stuff? was he being good for mommy and grandma Gem?
All to which Abel told them he was good for us and that he helped anytime he could with what he could.
They all five stayed sitting on the couch talking and just reconnect lost time.
Abel talked their ears off with all the stories he told. some of which was made up with is little imagination. but Jax and Happy just went right along with it not questioning anything.
