"It's painful"

Ryujin's tired eyes, it's gone. She was smiling all the time but i can see how much she's in pain. I ended up hugging her, "I'm sorry, i hope you know why i'm saying sorry." I said.

"Don't be sorry for me, Yeji. You have no reason to say that because i'm not giving up, i told you, i will court you until i get your 'Yes'."

Why are you giving me that look, Shin Ryujin? You reminds me of myself when i want your attention, you reminds me how i went crazy for you, the point that i gave you my first.

"I don't care how long, i don't care how painful. You went through this i'm sure and i think i deserves this. I know that you once stares into my eyes but i'm looking farther than you because i felt it too while i'm staring right into your eyes." She's saying those words like she was being chase by someone.

What i'm feeling right now? I'm sad, i'm sad that why do you need to be in pain first before you realize things? There's no other person in my mind, no matter how sweet to hear that Ryujin is saying these words, my heart is not the same anymore.

"Ryujin, i have a Girlfriend."

It feels like she tasted her own medicine. I hold her hands, "But even though i have Lisa, we can still be friends, i know it impossible but it's fine, we're old enough to understand things".

She never change her smile, "That's fine with me, i can still wait and i will wait because Hwang Yeji, i like you and i will keep on telling you how much i like 'til the day we gets old and even if your walking down the aisle with Lisa, you will still hear me saying those words." She said it like it was nothing on her but i wiped her tears,

"Thank you for liking me, i appreciated it." I said.

Why are you late? You could've love me sooner.

Why did you love me in the wrong time? Because no matter what sweet words you throw at me, i only feel happy and i appreciated it.

After we went to the convenience store, Ryujin keeps on walking behind me, "You can walk next to me, that's fine." I said. She flicked my forehead,

"That's not my position yet, that is Lisa's but soon, that'll be mine."

I laughed at her, "Stop it, you're getting cringe now".

We went back to Lisa's room and she's sleeping again, i sit besides her. She's sleeping so fine, i'm watching her sleeping and it gives me comfort when she looks like this, i didn't notice, i fell asleep again.

When i opened my eyes, it was already morning and Lisa's Mom, Dad, and Her Brother was there. Lisa's talking to them, Ryujin and Seulgi was not there anymore.

"Ms. Hwang Yeji? Don't worry, i already fixed your excuse, you can stay here as long as you want." Lisa's Mom said.

I let them sit, when i'm about to went outside the room to give them space, "Stay here, Yeji. You need to hear this." Lisa's Mom was serious when she called me. Lisa smiled at me and she let me sit next to her, i'm just staring at Lisa's hand while they are talking.

"Lisa? My baby Girl, you already know how messed up our surroundings right? We need to keep you safe, you already knows the choices." Lisa's Dad said while i can hear how sincere he is.

Lisa hold my hand so tight, "We're going to fix your paper, you can go to wherever you wan—" Lisa interrupted her Dad, "I'LL STAY HERE!" I hold Lisa's hands so tight and i told her,

"Lisa? Your life is in danger and i can understand your Family, i will come with you to wherever you want to go, let's run away from here." Lisa seems like she doesn't like what i said.
