Plopping down in her chair with Travon Kenize standing by her side. Pamela turned to see Head master Rita and madam Meredith sitting opposite to her. Exchanging a few silent words, before turning to face her. Head master Rita with calm expression and madam Meredith with a look of disgust.

"So..... Where is the girl" madam Meredith asked In a nonchalant tone, raising her perfectly shaved brow.

"She's safe, but the girl isn't really the problem" Pamela stated, turning away from madam Meredith. Rita nods, giving her the go ahead to continue. "What concerns me is how she crossed the force field." Madam Meredith huffed, turning to face the head master.

"Right now we should be taking care of the matter at hand" madam Meredith stated, ignoring Pamela. Everyone knew of there vendetta and the fact that they hate each other more than anything. "I think its necessary that we-"

"Figure out what is happening with the force field" Pamela added, interrupting Madam Meredith half way through her sentence. This made her send a deadly glare in Pamela's direction. "We need to figure out how she got through, and if anyone else followed her or got pass the field." she added, keeping her gaze fixated on head master Rita who listened keenly to what she had to say. Even as a teenager, she was smart and knew her way around solving problems when it came to it. So trusting her was never a problem.

"We should be focused more on the girl at the moment, I mean, she could help us in so many ways" madam Meredith suggested, glancing between the two. She knew she wasn't going to get Pamela's approval due to their rivalry and dislike towards each other.

"I think Alpha Pamela has a good point" Travon Kenzie said, resting his hand on her shoulder.

"No one cares what you think" madam Meredith spat, glaring at him.

"Actually he's right, Alpha Jones does make a good point, and in any case, its best we solve the big problem first before it escalates any further" Rita said in agreement, gesturing towards Pamela and Ttavon. Meredith scoffed, flipping her hair over her shoulder.

"You are taking the side of a child, I've been alive for over two hundred years-"

"Yet you've been in your position for only three years" Pamela said nonchalantly. "Just because you sit with the rest of the council doesn't make you eligible to disregard what people think is right, and just because your name has a title doesn't mean you have the power and respect, those are things you earn"

"Excuse me" madam Meredith scoffed, outranged by this. "I earned my title as 'Madam', and don't need a child to tell me what I've earned in my life"

"That's enough of both of you. I'll have a look into the matter, but until then keep a close eye on the girl, and report to me if you see anything weird" Pamela simply nods in reply, watching as head master Rita and madam Meredith took their leave, releasing a shaky breath, Pamela relaxed into her chair, twirling around to face Travon who gazed down at her in admiration.

"I love seeing you in alpha mood" he smirked, holding his hand out for her to take. For years, he had hoped that one day he'd touch her caramel, soft hands and feel the spark of their mate bond spark. But it never came, but he never gave up on her, that was how much he loved her. She smiled, resting her hand in his.

"Thank you for the support Travon, it really means a lot" she smiled as he pulled her off her chair and into his arms. He enjoyed every minute of her company.

"I'll always be here for you Pamii" he assured her, pressing his lips against her forehead. It was something he always did while comforting her, and it always worked. The door to her office burst open, catching them off-guard.

"Are we interrupting something" the lady said with a smile on her face, watching the two in amusement as her husband appeared beside her with a smile on his face.

"Mother, Father... your back early" Pamela said, pulling away from Travon's hold to face her parents. The grin on her mothers face didn't flicker as she sauntered over them with open arms.

"I am so happy to see you both together as always" she said, wrapping her arms around both of them, pulling them close. Pamela watched her father from her mothers shoulder, his smile made her heart skip a beat. "Aren't they adorable love" her mother Lia grinned, releasing them from her hold, gazing over her shoulder at her beloved husband and mate.

"Lia, leave them alone" her father said, sitting on the chair that was once occupied by Head master Rita. "How are you Travon" he asked as his mate sat In his lap, his arms snaking around her waist. Travon had always envied them for the loving relationship they had, the kind of relationship he wanted with Pamela. But he knew she'd never act on a simple relationship, she wanted the spark of the mate bond.

"I'm okay" he replied, gazing down at Pamela as she got comfortable in her chair. "I was just passing through, and deciding to check on Pamii" he replied, the smile spreading across his full pink lips made her mother grin.

"I bet" she responded, running her fingers through her husbands curls. "I have been hearing a good deal from Rainer" she said smugly, Pamela stiffens at the mere mention of her brother talking the their mother. Rainer was a mama's boy, he told her everything.

"What exactly did Rainer tell you" she rushed out, hoping it wasn't what she thought. Her mother simply shrugs, tangling her fingers in his curls before responding.

"That you guys had an argument, about the outlander" her mother paused, Pamela sighed in relief but instantly froze when her mother tuned to face her with a smug look. "Also that you found your mate".
