It shouldn't really be a big deal. So what if they were hiding a secret physical relationship behind everyone else's backs? So what if they kissed and touched each other beyond innocent places? Granted, they were sworn enemies and usually this type of shit only happened in fiction and sappy rom-coms, but it's not like anything's changed.Jimin and Jungkook still hated each other's guts, without a doubt. Everyone could see that. And maybe the way to let out all that steam and fury for them was by shoving their tongues down each other's throats and touch each other's bodies. So what? It was at least better than engaging in pointless fist fights. Instead of bloody noses, they got raging boners. It was a win-win.
There was absolutely nothing weird about Jimin having a casual, sexual relationship with his mortal enemy. Nope, nothing strange at all.
"Park Jimin?"
Jimin's head snapped up to meet his teacher's gaze, an embarrassed blush tainting his cheeks. "Y-Yes?"
"May I have a word with you at the end of the class?" His teacher stared him down through his glasses and Jimin quickly nodded, focusing back on the lesson as he shook away worthless thoughts.
It's fine. This is fine. he told himself, looking down at the graffiti doodles on his notebook, the outlines resembling that of a certain face. ... Fuck my life.
He scratched over the drawing with furious drags of his pencil, the brutal force ending in a devastating defeat on the pencil's end as the tip broke. Jimin didn't bother sharpening it after that.
Minutes blurred and time went by without any other unwanted thoughts flooding his mind with useless images of an athlete who definitely hit the gym way too much for a sixteen-year-old. Before he knew it, Literature class was over.
"You wanted to see me, sir?" Jimin politely asked his teacher, who sat at his desk organizing his things after everyone else had left for lunch break.
"Ah, yes, I did." The teacher took off his glasses and placed them down on the desk for reasons Jimin didn't understand. "I wanted to ask you if you'd be interested in tutoring one of Mr. Yeun's students. He's told me you're the best of the class and asked me to convince you." The man explained.
Jimin's lips curled into a shy smile, hands playing with the sleeves of his blazer at the praise.
Mr. Yeun was his Trigonometry teacher, a very busy man from what he could tell, always rushing through lessons and checking his wristwatch as if living under a ticking time bomb.
Jimin wondered if that was why he had sought a fellow teacher to ask for his help in his place."Who will I be tutoring?" He asked before agreeing to anything he might regret.
The man's eyebrows creased, his mind searching for a name. "Hm, I think it was Jeon something..."
The brunette's chest dropped. "Jeon Jungkook?" He finished for him, unamused.
The teacher snapped his fingers. "That, yes." He confirmed. "Yeun told me the boy's grades have been... quite tragic and he frankly thinks you're his only hope at getting at least a passing grade."
A low scoff left Jimin's pressed lips. Of course that idiot is failing Trigonometry. He plays with the idea of being Jungkook's tutor – would that even be a wise decision? The two were already at their wit's ends with each other, what would happen if they had to spend more time together after school hours? We'll end up killing each other, that's for sure.
"Sure, I'd love to."
