Lizzie POV:
I yell, "Josie, my darling twin," as I open the door. I approach over to her and notice her with her air pods in, but she doesn't look. Before she opens her eyes and screams, I stand over her, putting my face near to hers for a few seconds. "Gosh, Lizzie is trying to give me a heart attack," she says as she removes her AirPods and sits up as I move back. "Great now that I have your attention," I say.
"You won't believe what I discovered," I exclaim. "Is that so?" Josie was pleading with me to get right to the point. "Can you please have some patience," I beg, rolling my eyes. "Ugh, I was going to tell you that I saw Hope and some girl at the soccer field," I say, pausing as Josie looks down shallowing hard. "Is everything all right?" I check to see if she's okay. "Yea sorry, continue" she I sigh, "You're taking the fun out of my gossip."
"Oh okay, so Hope and the girl were talking, and I asked Mg to listen in, and guess what?" I inquire of Josie. "I'm not sure I want to know, but what?" With hesitation, she says. I spit out before she could finish, "Marcel had a daughter." "Huh," Josie says, perplexed. "That's not even the greatest part; I guess she's related to Hope, too," I explain, as Josie breathes a sigh of relief. "Omg," she exclaims, laughing. Yes, oh my, I have to talk with Hope; I've been avoiding her for no reason," she rants.
Putting on her crocs. "Wait," I said, extending my arm in front of our door. "You're telling me, I ran here from Kaleb's car to tell you about the huge new I found, only for you to be uninterested?" I sneer. "Did you and Mg drive Kaleb to the soccer field in his car?" She stares at me as if we were a lazy. "Of course, what else would we do, walk?" I say as if it's not common sense. "Lizzie, it's only a two-minute walk," she exclaims as she moves my arm, leaving the room. I flop on my bed, I snort, "I can't believe her."
Hopes POV:
I returned to my room after my conversation with Andi. The thought of Josie ignoring me had faded from my mind; I was content now that I had a relatives. I know I have biological relatives who are still living, but I never see them, and they never come to check on me. It was nice to know I had family nearby. Were we related? I thought, I mean Marcel is like an uncle to me, despite the fact that he was raised by my father. I attempted to recall Andi's mother. Who was she, exactly? The name Sophia rang bells in my head, but none that I could recall.
When I hear a knock at my door, I dash over to open it, making extensive use of my speed. I notice Josie as soon as I open it. She says wearily, "Hey." "Hey," I said as I opened the door for her and closed it behind her. Josie turns to face me and says, "I came to apologize." "For what?" I inquire, unsure why she was acting strange and referring to us as a mistake, even though there was no us technically but still did hurt to hear it. "I was upset about a misunderstanding," she claims as an explanation for her behavior today. "Misunderstanding? "Was there a miscommunication?" I ask. "Well, no, I guess you could say I was jealous," she adds, looking away.
"Jealous? Jealous of what?" I'm curious once more. "You can't blame me," she continues, "since you did give your number to an incredibly gorgeous female right in front of my face." I then start remembering earlier . "Andi?" I say making a funny noise. "It's not funny; if Landon had done that to you for no reason, you'd feel the same way," she pouts. "Andi is just a friend ; we just had some interests in common," I explain, not wanting to reveal too much information until it is confirmed. I confesses, "Yea, Lizzie told me." She says "How did she know?" I ask "She simply does," Josie says, shrugging. I wrap a hug around Josie's. I tease, "Aw, you were jealous." "Oh, shut up." She hugs me back
"I like you Josie, I'll never do something like that, and if you ever feel jealous because of something I've done, you can tell me," I pull back and stare at Josie. She declares
"Can we watch a movie? I missed you," she says sweetly. "Yea, I missed you too," I say as I kiss Josie on the lips before she crawls into my bed. While watching the movie, Josie turns to me and says, "Hey Hope?" I respond, "Yes Josie." "Nothing, I just wanted to do that," she says kissing me before she returns her attention to the movie sherk. I smile as I hold her in my arms. "Josie?" I inquire as she continues to watch the film. "Yes," she responds. "Do you think maybe... you'll want to go out on a date with me? "Like as my girlfriend?" I pause before awkwardly finishing my question. She smiles widely as she turns to face me. "Are you asking me out, Hope Mikaelson?" She smiles when she says this. "I guess I am," I ask after seeing how sad I was today without Josie. "Yes, Hope, I'd love to be your girlfriend," she says as she leaps on top of me and kisses me passionately. After a bit of conversing, we both fall asleep with Josie's head on my chest.
Landon POV:
Hope and the "super why sqaud" were out at practice earlier today. I went into Hope's room and left a little pen in her room, which document everything. "Why are you in the Hope room?" Lizzie asks as I go out. She asks, irritated. "She let me look for my belongings while she was out, because she didn't want to see me," I lie. "Mm," she says as she looks me over before going to practice.
I'm currently watching Hope and Josie. As I watch them curled up together, I slam on my keyboard. Before making a phone call, I laugh to myself.
"Hello there, brother," I'll return to father and give you full credit if you can solve a problem for me. What could be more valid than bringing him the one thing he's been missing?"
A/N: This is just a fast small page; I'll work on a longer one tomorrow. I also updated "Perhaps" yesterday.
