Cursed eyes from the rush looked from down to the top of the mountain.

They wanted that child's soul back in her hands. Back under her control. Under her domination.

Morro had slept all night in Jay's bedroom. He had a restful sleep for his surprise. He woke up rested and full of energy. When he opened his eyes, he was alone. He looked to his left and to his right. Alone like a cuckoo. He slowly lowered his sad head. He felt alone and lost again.

"Why this long, sad face?" A soft voice came from the door.

The brunette looked up, moving his head to the door. "Cole!" He said cheerfully, jumping out of bed, running to him. "Good morning!"

"Good morning, little one. I see you've settled in here very good. You're happier."

Morro smiled more, slightly embarrassed. "Mhm! I'm starting to get used to it.."

"I'm glad. Breakfast is ready."

"Is Jay there too?"

"Of course." He took him in his arms.

"And.. Kai?" He asked reluctantly.

"Mhm. But rest assured, it's okay. You don't have to be afraid of him."

"But.."

"Little one, everything's fine. You're worrying too much about someone as small as you."

"Oky.. Yes. Maybe."

Cole smiled at him, carrying him carelessly to where everyone was. There was a slight silence as they entered, causing the little one to hide in Cole's arms. He received a small short hug to make him feel safer. He accepts it with a small smile. Cole sat him down at the table, and he sat down too on the chair.

Morro didn't move. He could feel eyes on him. All the eyes. All their attention. He didn't like it. They made his emotions become.. unusual and restless. As if long forgotten and now awake. It was as if the morning's rest and happiness were gone in the blink of an eye. He disliked it, but he felt there was nothing he could do to stop it.

"Morro?"

He heard the voice of one of the Ninjas. He raised his head from the ground to look at the people sitting at the table with him. Stopping at Lloyd.

"Are you all right? You look lost."

"I'm fine, Lloyd."

"You do not seem.."

"I'm fine! Really- "

"Liar." Kai said dryly as he rotated the fork on the table with his fingers.

"Kai." Lloyd said his name seriously, frowning at him. He then returned to Morro. Smiling at the kid. "Ignore Kai."

The blonde got up from his seat and went to Morro. He placed his hand on the little one's shoulder. He whispered:

"Ignore Kai, he's just grumpy in the morning. Eat quietly. I'm sure today's day will be even better."

Morro smiled at these words. Lloyd giggled and returned to his seat.

Zane rose lightly from the table, taking the empty plates from everyone. They were all gone, just Morro remained. When Zane reached to Morro, he stopped, smiling briefly.

"Do you want to help me today?"

Morro looked up at him, his eyes twinkling, nodding happily. Zane smiled more, taking the plate from the child and washing them all.

Morro was waiting for him happily in his chair, curious what Zane was up to. He looked at him excitedly, eager to finish washing the dishes already. For his happiness, Zane was done. The nindroid turned to the boy.

"So?? What things will I do to help you??" The boy asked enthusiastically.

"Cleaning."

Morro winced a little at the word, staring at him.

"Cleaning?!"

"Mhm. It's going to be relaxing. You'll see."

Zane helps him off the chair, grabbing his hand gently. Morro hadn't had a problem with that, letting Zane show him the way he didn't know. He led him into a small garden. Zane and Lloyd's garden when they wanted to calm down, relaxing, to get rid of the stress. Morro stared at the plants. Big, small, closed, open, beautiful and fragrant. However, confusion struck him. He looked at Zane with wide, innocent eyes.

"You said cleanliness."

"Cleaning among the flowers, Morro."

"So.. am I going to plant flowers?"

"Of course. And we'll take the dead ones. He'll relax you, Morro. You'll see." He got down to some small flowers on the ground. "I noticed your fear." He spoke calmly to the boy. "You're scared, aren't you? You don't remember yourself.."

Morro said nothing. He just touched his hands to each other, sitting down among the flowers. Breathe and exhale. The inviting aroma of nature's floral scent invading his nostrils and putting a smile on his own face.

"But slowly, you'll do it. You just have to trust yourself. And settle in with us. With you."

"But Kai doesn't like me.."

"Kai doesn't trust a person at first." Zane sat down next to Morro. "He'll do it soon. That doesn't mean a little quarrel, he'll destroy everything. Time. Just a little time. That's all." He pulled the little black boy's straight, straight hair behind his ear. "And communication, of course."

Morro smiled sweetly at him. "Thank you very much, Zane."

"My pleasure and joy. How about we take the dead flowers first, then plant a few, and then relax among them?"

"Oh! Yes!"

The fairies giggled, rising from the grass, Morro following.

Lloyd was standing behind the wall, smiling proudly. He heard everything.

"He seems to be adjusting. Slowly, but he does. He seems to be getting used to it. Who knows.. maybe in the near future, he'll become a family. Heh, buds dreams."
