Tessia's Second Chance[Hiatus]

Chapter 1

A/N: alright I know what I said but here I'm giving you all a head start even I'm not sure when will be next chapter but I'm taking this fic till the end

The entirety of Basilisk fang mountain of Alacrya were completely leveled by such a terrifying battle that took place. The battle between the most Elite asuras, Basilisks of Vritra Clan and Arthur just ended after reigning for fifteen days.

The battle could have engulfed entirety of Alacrya if not for Arthur using a spell and trapping everyone in a restricted space. The battle started when Arthur made his way towards Agrona in rage over death of his sister and mother. Even though he didn't master fate yet and still needed to get into the last relictomb, after creating two more layers around his core and completely harmonizing with aether and accepting it as his partner. Arthur was sure he could take down basilisk's easily and even save Tessia and bring her back. The only person he cared about who was still alive.

But the battle took turn for the worse when asuras also joined the battle knowing this will be best opportunity to take Vritra down since they already witnessed Arthur's strength when he took out several young Asuras who were sent to Dicathen to make sure Agrona cannot get his hands on Dicathian's by killing everyone.

This turned into a three way battle. Arthur not only had to face Agrona and his grunts who were fighting alongside Cecilia but also the Asuras, while protecting Alacrya. Even though they were once enemies Arthur refused to drag them in this battle knowing they were as much as victim as he was.

The end result, the battle lasted for over a week. Agrona and the Vritra were defeated along with Asuras who came, Tessia was brought back and now she had full control over her body she was finally free, but the price which was paid for this freedom was too great for her.

Tessia was on her knees and in front of her was Arthur lying unconscious on his own puddle of blood. His aether reserves were completely drained so he wasn't healing as his life was slowly drifting away due to his injuries.

"Noooo!, Arthur No. Why do you have to be the one to always sacrifice yourself for me you idiot dummy? Why you had to go through such lengths always." Tessia cried clenching Arthur.

"Oye crybaby, this isn't the time to loath yourself." A voice called out.

Tessia instantly turned to see a purple will o wisp which was slowly fading away. Tessia knew he was Arthur's partner since during her time trapped inside her own body she was still able to see what Cecilia was doing, from it she saw he will o wisp with Arthur once during Victoriad in form of a wolf and then during this battle.

"T-Then what am I supposed to do then. He's going to die at this rate and its all because of me." Tessia cried as tears felled down from her eyes.

"Save him, there is still a way and only you can do it, but for that I'll need your full attention now because we don't have much time left." Regis spoked seriously.

Hearing this Tess quickly wiped her tears and turned towards Regis with a determined look in her eyes.

"Alright, so as you know there was someone else in command of your body till now. Even though she is gone now the abilities which she unlocke din your bodies still remains, that means you can control all four elements."

Regis then went inside Arthur's body and Arthur's storage rune glowed and something similar to a pyramid popped out of it. The artifact had four crystals of different colors on each side and a purple one on its top. Regis also came out and continued explaining.

"Okay, so listen here this is an artifact I and Arthur found before coming here. By using this and mana from all four elements one can manipulate aether particles to a certain extent. With its current state this artifact can only be used once and to overpower a rune. So what I want you to do is lift Arthur's shirt and a golden rune will start glowing point the purple crystal over it and transfer ambient mana into other crystals based on their affinity. I'll explain what to do next after things are ready since even I'm not sure if this will work or not but its our only hope." Regis spoke in a serious tone after receiving a determined nod from Tessia, he leaped back inside Arthur's body.
