It was late in the evening around around 7 PM, and currently Arthur, Tessia, Virion and Cynthia were gathered in a room to discuss their future actions. Cynthia just finished giving the report of Dire Tombs and what has transpired after the ring which Lucas was wearing sent a signal to his family that Lucas's mana signatures , adventurers guild assembled a rescue team to find them. Bairon was also a part of the rescue team because his brother went missing.

Having Bairon with them proved to be a good choice for the rescue team because they inevitably arrived at the chamber where the elderwood guardian was present and because of Bairon's presence everyone was safe since he took care of the beast.

After Bairon took out the beast the equipment of Lucas's party was found and it was concluded that they died by the hands of Elderwood Guardian. Even if the equipment were not found it wouldn't be difficult to deduce that all party members died here since there was no way any of them could defeat an elderwood guardian. Cynthia concluded her report with confirmation of Nico and Lucas's deaths

Everyone has a variety of expressions. Tess glanced at Arthur to see he had a neutral expression which made it hard to deduce what he was actually thinking. As for Virion he gave an understanding nod as he took in the information.

That was only on the surface because Virion confirmed Nico and Lucas's death long ago. To make sure the two who were a threat to his granddaughter in the original timeline Virion ordered Aya to monitor them and in the unlikely scenario that either of them survived Aya would've taken care of them.

"Art, are you alright?" Tessia asked in a worried tone.

Even though for her Nico is someone who ruined her and everyone's life. She knew for Arthur, Nico was his best friend who Arthur believed he betrayed and things could've gone differently only if he trusted Nico. Virion and Cynthia also understood what Tessia meant and were looking at Arthur with a look of pity.

But Arthur's response wasn't what everyone expected. "I'm alright Tess, it doesn't matter what happened to Nico."

"Brat, are you sure?" Virion asked in a concerned tone.

"Yes gramps, from what Tessia told us he's not the Nico that I remembered. If he survived both of us would've inevitably clashed so it's better this way and if he's going to harm my loved ones I won't hesitate to take him down." Arthur stated in a serious tone.

"It's good to see such determination in you Arthur. If it was anyone else, they wouldn't be able to do it." Cynthia stated in a solemn tone.

"Alright then." Virion started getting everyone's attention. "What shall we do about the steam engines?"

The most important topic of today's discussion was the steam engine. Shall Arthur give blueprints to Gideon or not? If Arthur doesn't give the blueprints to Gideon they won't be able to make Dicatheous and Alacrya also will not be able to prepare their fleet reducing Dicathen's burden but it also meant that asuras will also be in Dicathen for much longer and they won't be able to move forward until that happens.

Since if they want to move forward they need more information that only Regis can provide and for that Arthur needs to get into white stage and release his sealed powers. But they can't do it in front of Asuras for obvious reasons. Arthur may hold on getting into white stage but it'll be troublesome if Asuras give him a elixir to get into white stage quickly and no one knows what will happen when Arthur's limiters are removed.

From what Tessia told about Arthur's fight with Asuras everyone theorised at the very least it may cause a huge explosion.

"I think it'll be better if I give blueprints to Gideon. It's a gamble but if Asuras leave Dicathen early seeing Agrona is too focused on war we'll get a huge advantage since I can remove my seal after they're gone. But if it happens while they're here we may end up in a three way war. In a three way war we'll inevitably lose and losses will be far greater." Arthur suggested.
