Jame's Point Of View:
James landed safely having nothing bad happen during his flight he breathed in the fresh air, it was different and he liked the experience of trying things for the first time. He enjoyed doing things he had never tried before, it felt like a fresh new chapter to be with and he always learned something new.
He walked around the airport looking at the tourist attractions and places he could perhaps visit. James felt his pants vibrate, someone was calling him; he checked to see the caller and immediately put down the phone. With a heavy sigh, James walked outside the airport to find a taxi.
In luck to find one so quickly he hopped in greeting the driver as he took a seat "Alright, take me to the best tourist hotel you can drive to" the driver laughed at the man's words; not ever had he gotten a customer who'd answer that "Alright sir, by the way, I do not do refunds" "That's perfect"
The taxi driver was a burly man that looked like he had one too many cheeseburgers, his eyes were emerald and his hair was dyed ginger "Do you want to listen to some music?" the driver asked; he had a British accent "I'm a music producer; I'd love to" the taxi driver smiled as he hit the radio making sure to switch to a station that only played music and sometimes the news if it were urgent.
The rest of the drive they were quiet; James stared outside the window taking in the new view he didn't see before and the driver was quiet not wanting to continue making a conversation, he knew tourists would get tired from flights.
"Thank you very much," James said as he paid the driver; the driver thanked James as well before he drove off; James turned and looked at the hotel he was brought to. Star Dusk Hotel the sign lit up in neon yellow; it was decorated in an island-style resort rather than a modern hotel it was big, bigger than what he originally thought it would be, some areas of the wall were covered in vines that had a different shade of leaves making it look more eye-catching.
James looked around at the people admiring their holiday attire, some were in bathrobes and others were in shirts; short pants, and flip flops. He looked up at the balcony area and noticed a familiar blue hair woman. He glanced at her before turning his head blinking he's eyes thinking he had maybe imagined seeing her; he turned his head again and was greeted by the blue hair woman staring at him. In an attempt to be friendly he smiled at her and waved hoping he didn't come off as creepy to her.
To his surprise she smiled back waving her fingers at him; the coincidence was unusual and maybe exciting; he wanted to go up and talk to her but; he knew if he didn't he would come off as either very friendly or creepy. so he went up to speak to her.
"Hey, there" James heard the women say as he made his way towards her; "Hello" he greeted her keeping a smile on his face. "I'm sorry I didn't come up to say hi, I thought maybe you would have found me creepy if I did that" She smiled back at him "No, not at all" she extended her hand out for him to shake "I'm Shay," the women introduced herself; James noticed her tone of voice was sweet and he liked that. He took her hand without hesitation "I'm James it's a pleasure to meet you" a light pink hue had brushed both his and her cheeks.
James scratched the back of his neck feeling all kinds of nerves "Would you like to have lunch; unless you already had" "I'd love to" James watched as the smile she gave him never went away as did his own "Alight I will meet you here once we're done unpacking say an hour or two?" "Sounds perfect" James smiled at her before waving before completely disappearing to his own as did she.
