Insomnia

Sirius' POV:

It was late at night and I couldn't sleep so I was just sitting next to Remus in the common room, without talking. He was reading, I was thinking.

"-Oh? Good evening, Y/N. Said Remus. I looked over his shoulder to see Y/N and waved at her.
-Good evening you two. She smiled. Why aren't you sleeping?
-Insomnia.
-Both of you?
-Well, Sirius is overthinking and I want to finish this book by tomorrow morning.
-I see. Can I borrow Sirius for a moment?
-Uh.. Yeah?
-Thanks."

Y/N grabbed me by my sleeve and took me in her dorm. She whispered to me to not make any noise because the other girls were sleeping and made me sit on her bed.

She went to close the door before coming back and sat next to me.

"-So how's it going with Remus? She whispered.
-Well, I'm doing what you told me to do, going chill and not being too fast and obvious. I whispered back.
-That's great...! You should try to be flirty since you're always like that. If you stop suddenly, it could be suspicious. But again, don't make it too obvious. I nodded. So, what are you overthinking about?
-A lot of things. I sighed. What if the day I confess, I get rejected? Is Prongs really going to follow your advice or is he just going to be the dumbass he is and continue to annoy Lily instead of actually seduce her? What's gonna happen to you and my brother now that everyone knows and mostly, who saw you and told everyone? It's not Remus, he was sleeping! I swear!
-Hey, Sirius, relax. Breathe.
I took a deep breath.
-Done.
-Alright. First, if you get rejected don't loose hope, you'll find someone else or maybe that you could wait a little longer and this time you won't be rejected. Next, James is a real dumbass and it's gonna be really hard to help him because Lily doesn't like him at all. She says that he's too immature. Finally, I know that it isn't Remus because even if he really saw us, he wouldn't have told everyone. And whatever's gonna happen, I'm sure that we'll be fine. At least, I hope..."

"-WHAT HAPPENED IN THIS BED, LAST NIGHT?
Who the fuck is yelling like that?
-Sirius! Sirius, wake up! It's Y/N. I yelped but woke up anyway.
-What? I said with my tired, morning voice.
-Well, look around you. I looked and saw the girls around the bed.
-Oh. Why are they looking at me like that? I asked Y/N.
-Because you're still in my bed, Sirius...
-Well. I'm gay. So who cares if I'm in a girl's bed? And why are they yelling like that, it's literally 8AM! I gave the girls the death stare before going back to sleep.
-Remus is-
-Okay, I'm up."
