The place where the "good" Eldians on the other side of the ocean are living.

Tonight, Marley's declaration of war against Paradis Island will take place in the "good" Eldians hometown.

The internment zone have been lively since the morning. Earlier during the bright day, a festival was occuring, lots of different stalls and activities were set up to impress the foreign visitors, the Eldians were also allowed to partake in the grand celebration.

And tonight, Willy Tybur's show is already starting. The sounds of the different musical instruments are so loud that it can be heard all over the internment zone, even in the naval port. Bright lights are pointed at Willy Tybur's stage, the platform is high and there's a large red curtain.

Crowds of civilians, army officials and foreign ambassadors are gathered to hear the speech of the well-respected,

Willy Tybur.

A man who's also an Eldian but gets special treatment since the roots he came from was said to be the first family to fight against their own race.

Also, the Tybur family are the wielder of the war-hammer titan.

The cold wind gently blew, the faint sound of the musical instruments from the show can be heard from where she's standing. She looked at her pocket watch and saw that it's almost time for the the show to start.

Wearing the new uniform of the survey corps, a fitted black uniform suit and specially designed as an anti-personnel manuevering gear...

Both of her arms are occupied with thunder spears, her hands are both holding the grips of her ODM gear.

The new survey corps uniform features a breastplate with the survey corps symbol, many belts to accomodate all the different gear and support rods around the chest for thr gas canister snd tall black boots.

It fits her very well.

It fits Luciana A. Ulrich-Kirstein.

Luciana carried guns, thunder spears, an additional gas tank, and canisters runninh down her legs.

The seargent major of the survey corps. Luciana's now the second-in-command of the whole recon corps.

Luciana's hair is tied in a lazy bun. Thin strands of hair are falling onto the sides of her face. Her gray-eyes that were once dull and became hopeful, are dull once again. The little hope she had in her eyes faded again.

The raven-haired lady matured even more with her appearance.

"Vice commander."

Luciana tilt her head to the side and side-eyed the person who called her.

It's Mikasa.

The raven-haired girl grew taller, standing tall of 170 cm or 5'7 in feet. Her hair is now shorter and cut up to the back of her neck, though she has noticeably longer bangs. The small scar below her left eye is still visible.

"What?" Luciana said.

"Captain Levi is calling for you." Mikasa said.

Luciana just nod her head. She turned around and walked passed by Mikasa. Mikasa followed behind the raven-haired lady. The two women then entered the empty building where they are currently staying hidden.
