I should not be here. I should not be here! Why am I here? Shit, shit, shit!
I sat on the hotel couch, fiddling with my long sleeve shirt. I was currently in L.A., not on mission. I shouldn't even be here. I should be in Vegas, or Chicago with momma and Uncle Robby. I see Derek and Spencer approaching, the feeling of guilt becoming worse. Derek immediately takes me into a hug and whispers 'Missed my baby sis,'. I smiled and stood back down.
"Reid, I don't think you've ever met Y/n," Derek interduces me. I already knew Spencer, hell I KNEW him. "She's my baby sister, Y/n has aways been the troublemaker," Derek sounds sadder at that but smiles still. The guiltiest I have ever felt builds up in my chest and I turn around, so I no longer am facing Derek or Reid.
"D," I fidget with my bracelet, still facing the wall, "I, um, okay so I know I'm not the bessstt child but, um, I never expected to have down this." The room went silent, and I sniffled. "D, I may have accidently fired a gun, well not fired more as hit and then jumped making the trigger- Anyways not the point, the point is, I think I need a lawyer?" I slowly turned around to face Derek and Spence. Spencer looked like he was choking, and Derek looked pissed. Derek grabs my arm and drags me upstairs. I sobbed as he pulled me into an interrogation room.
"Y/n m/n Morgan!" He shouted; Spencer shut the door quietly. "Where did you even get a gun, for one, and two, I- shit does mom know?" He looks at me with worry and I shake my head.
"Please, I didn't mean to, it was just a joke, I think. He snuck up behind me and pulled a gun. You taught me what to do so I just, grabbed it!" I huffed, falling deeper into my seat, "I'm sorry, D. I never meant to kill- Oh my god!" I shouted out of know where and Derek looked around, concerned. "I never even called 911..." I sobbed. Derek looked even more pissed than the time when I sucked up his hamster. It was an accident!
"Y/n what did you do with the body?" Spence spoke up, out of know where, scaring the living shit out of Derek.
"Nothing," I shrugged. Spencer eyed me before writing down something in a notebook. "But I don't know exactly where the body is," I correct.
"Behavior-" Spencer starts up with a rant but I shut him down.
"No, like I left the body there and never came back," I groan, realizing it was at the party cabin, "Also, you can kill me later, but it might be on Junkie land," I look at Derek, who narrows his eyes and shakes his head.
"When mom hears," He mumbled, walking out.
"Spence!" I groan, putting my head on the table, "God, I hate my life right now!"
"Can, erm, you tell me what happened?" Spencer seemed softer with the topic. I shake my head, slowly, looking at the ground. "Your gonna need a lawyer," he told me.
"You don't think I know that?" I look up at Spencer, his brown eyes filled with sadness. "I think I fucked up this time, Spence," I shake my head hold in a sob. Spencer doesn't respond, he tilts his head and smiles. "I- Derek told me that I should stop going to parties, Damn-it the one time he's right and I'm in jail!" I laugh. The door that Derek left in opens again and Hotch comes in with a stern look.
"Y/n Morgan," He sits down and chuckles, "Your brother is pissed about this ya know?" He looks through my file that he brought with him.
"I didn't mean to suck up Hammy," I mumble.
"What?" Spencer laughs, hearing what I said.
"Nothing," I look at him, "This is a serious case, Agent Reid."
"Very," Hotch holds back a smirk and I narrow his eyes at him.
"What, you don't think I killed him then?" I raise an eyebrow, "Do ya?" I ask after a minute of silence. We continue in silence as Hotch reads and then looks up, displeased.
"Y/n, I know you didn't do this," He shakes his head, "Your neat and your brother tells me you've never been to a party in your life," He pauses and looks back at the file, "And say's here you've never even lifted a weight."
I try to look at the file, but Hotch rips it away. "Bitch, that's not what it says!" I look over at Spencer, "Thats not what it says right?" I said it with a croak in my throat.
"One, Hotch I've known Hotch for 4 1/2 years, he's not a liar," Spencer explains and then shakes his head moving to Hotch and holds back a laugh, "And, yeah that's what it says. Exact words are 'Lazy, loves watching Vampire Diaries as well as Supernatural, less likely to kill.'"
"Anyone can kill, you know that" I roll my eyes.
"Y/n admit that it was not you and you can leave with Spencer and Morgan," Hotch says.
"I didn't-"
"Admit you did it and then I'll sneak out of the state, away from prying eyes!"
"My best friend, Mia, she did it. Please, don't go after her, she's good!" I sob. Hotch leaves and Spencer sits down. "Does it really say I'm lazy?"
"There's nothing in the file..."
