Besides being suspended, and almost strangling the new chief, everything was fine. Everything. Not for Y/n of course, as she packed her stuff into boxes, wiping away her tears occasionally. She heard a knock from her door, wiping her tears she walked towards the door, opening it slowly. As soon as she saw her dorky best friend, she knew this wasn't good. She looked back inside. Shit.

"Hey," She paused, faking a smile, "Spence." Spencer raised an eyebrow, but shook it off, adjusting his book bag. He stared at her as she did this, investigating her. She broke eye contact, shuffling her feet slightly.

"May I come in?" Spencer usually never asked this question; he knew he was welcome whenever. But something told him ask today. She turned back to the box filled apartment, most of her furniture having plastic wrap on it now. It had only been a few days, but she had already begun the second she got home. She turned back to Spencer Reid, a man of his smarts and work.

"No," She shook her head slightly, frowning, "I am on a date with-" She paused, "A coworker!" She quickly lied. Spencer narrowed his eyes, trying to look over the petite girl. "Spencer no need to investigate. Or ya know-" She giggled slightly, "Analys me." She faked another giggled.

"What the hell are you hiding behind that door?" Spencer finally said, "You're a terrible liar, and besides you wouldn't sleep with a coworker unless you were seeking suicide. You're nervous, obviously, and your cheeks are tear stained," Just as he said that he burst through the door. He scoffed, staring at the mess of boxes that littered the room, all filled with some sort of thing.

"Spence-"

"So now your leaving? Just like hotch, like Emily? What the fuck were you thinking!" Spencer shouted, closing the door as he walked in, setting his book bag on the floor.

"I just- I'm just an extra person, I slow you down and-" Her voice got really quiet, "Maybe I'm better at a cafe or something..."

"You aren't slowing us down. I swear to God, your way better than you think you are!" Spencer yelled, honesty seeping through his angry. "I won't allow you to leave," being the naive person spencer is she knew she wasn't gonna get away with this.

"I'm sorry Spence," She patted his shoulder heading to her kitchen.

"Why?" His voice cracked. She shrugged, pouring herself a bourbon.

"I'm tired of being a cougar running with a pack of wolves. I guess that's what I've always been, a cougar," She sipped her drink, placing the drink down then scoffing. "I mean honestly I'm probably better in the office then there! Half of everyone hates me, I'm aggressive with my words, I can't keep my mouth shut. I'm dumb as hell! I barely made it out of high school let alone college! Fuck, I'm really failing life," She started to pace, rethinking everything.

"No, you just never tried in school," Spencer shrugged. Y/n shot him a glare and grabbed her drink drinking more of it than before. "Truth is we all love you there," Spencer added.

"Fuck you and your opinion," Y/n grumbled, "You're my best friend of course you would say that." Y/n added as she pours herself more bourbon.

"Haven't you had enough?" Spencer asks.

"Haven't you been here too long?" Y/n shot back. Spencer shakes his head, healing, that's what she needed. When she wanted it.

The room went quiet. Y/n finally shook her head, resting it in her hands. "I'm sorry Spence. I'm overworked, tired, and just done," Y/n put the bottle done, and nodded towards the boxes. "If you help, I'll stay."

Manipulative Bi-
