Take me to the ocean blue
Let me dive right into
Anything I'll ever capture
You can wait up all night
Waiting for wrong or right
I always knew where I had youYou can lie on my waves
You can sleep in my caves
Living on the edge of peace
Knowing that water can freeze
Do you still want me to openWe Belong to the sea- Aqua

Sora spends the entire night dreaming about Roxas, but that's par for the course. Even before their first kiss on the secret beach, Roxas was a frequent visitor in his dreams. Now that they're intimate, Roxas's got a permanent home in Sora's mind whether he's awake or asleep.
He wakes before Roxas his time around, finding himself encapsulated in Roxas's strong arms, held close to his chest as he sleeps. That low thrumming resounds in Roxas's throat, a noise that Sora has come to associate with contentedness. It's not unlike a cat purring, but upon another listen, Sora finds it more like humming, and not only that, but it's tune is familiar.
Roxas's presentation song from last year.
Hearing it again like this has him choking up with emotion. It's still so beautiful, and even though Roxas is asleep, Sora can still feel the emotion and meaning behind it all. He closes his eyes, remembering the first time he heard it.
The warm sand. The beautiful sunset. And Roxas's dulcet tones flooding into his ears and warming his heart.
⛎Perfect,⛎ Sora sighs.
It's been nearly a year since Roxas sang to him, and now it's his turn to sing back. It's time to show Roxas that he's ready for them to be truly bonded. He's had all this time to write a reciprocating song, and all he has left is to find the perfect moment to sing it to Roxas.
Perhaps... after the hunt today?
Roxas shifts with grumble, squeezing Sora tight and nuzzling the nape of his neck. Those baby hairs on the back of his neck must tickle Roxas's nose because the mer sneezes violently and wakes with a start, blinking mutely at his surroundings like a lethargic cat. Sora snorts then bursts with laughter. The sight of Sora's jocularity brings a smile to Roxas's sleepy face.
♌Good morning, Sora ,♌ Roxas sighs, nudging Sora's chin with his nose to get him looking up.
⛎Morning, sneezy,⛎ Sora answers back, snickering as Roxas plants wet kisses along his neck. ⛎Alright, now, calm down. It's too early for this.⛎
♌Never too early to kiss you,♌ Roxas disagrees and unable to argue with that, Sora finally meets his lips with his own for several slow kisses. ♌You are coming, right? To the atolls?♌he reminds Sora.
⛎Yep,⛎Sora nods and pats the mattress. ⛎I got my diving suit under the bed. Just gotta run and get a pole spear if I'm gonna help hunt. Not sure how fast I'll be though since my leg will be a little stiff.⛎
♌Don't worry, the king of the reef will protect and feed you, my finless sardine♌Roxas smirks playfully.
⛎I didn't catch all that, but I get the feeling you just insulted me,⛎ Sora guessed with a smile while quirking a suspicious brow.
Roxas shrugs like he doesn't understand, but there's too much of that devious spark in his eye and a smirk fighting for a place on his face.
⛎You little—!⛎
