Once they reached the location, they all got down one by one to see an old factory with barely anything around.
It was in the outskirts of the city which made it secluded.
"Ok guys we need to go in first. Yuta give me the update" Taeyong spoke through the in ear connected to taeil in the headquarters who's going to monitor the inside of the factory.
Taeyong had sent chenle and jisung ,who were the best ones at sneaking, to the factory and placed cameras beforehand.
Yuta spoke from the headquarters after monitoring the entrance...
"There are 4 people at the front..now there's some good and bad news for you to hear...good news is they are not seventeen members so it will be easy for you take them down now the bad news is...."
"What it is hyung be quick" taeyong said showing his impatience as all he could think of was finding aera.
"The bad news is that there are only two doors you can enter after that and both are backed by seventeens strongest sniper and combat fighters...."
Taeyong sighed in frustration. He immediately recognised the two as vernon the best sniper and hoshi one of the strongest combat fighters in the mafia world.
He knew that the dreamies were still inexperienced to fight against seventeen.
Seventeen was deadly so he had to choose the members wisely.
He can send mark but another member?
He was thinking while looking around at every member but he couldn't find anyone perfect to fight against.
Don't take him wrong, he has confidence in his members but he his hunch said him that these members will not be able to fight those two.
Something felt wrong and taeyong's hunches were never wrong.
He closed his eyes and started to quickly strategise something else.
"Your heads gonna bleed hyung" Suddenly he heard a voice making him sigh in relief before opening his eyes after recognising his voice.
"Thanks for coming so early Chittapon"
Ten just rolled his eyes hearing the sarcasm and smiled later making taeyong return it slightly.
He was so glad wayv came on time.
Now he knew just whom to send in.
"Kun it's vernon and hoshi"
Taeyong said his eyes turning dark at their names.
Kun who seemed to have understood the leaders words just smirked.
"Piece of cake" He said just knowing whom to send unknowingly looking at the tall giant smiling at nothing.
"Lucas are you ready?"
Taeyong said In a hushed voice as they were going to enter.
Lucas nodded with a serious look on his face holding his rifle almost making you doubt if he was the same person as before if not for his clothes.
He was wearing shorts which didn't fail to make jungwoo laugh but he held it in knowing how serious the mission was.
And well haechan you see paid no attention to anything.
He could feel his heartbeat increasing feeling anxious and tried to communicate with his soulmate as much as can but he never got the response making him sigh.
Taeyong could only look at haechan in pity and feeling so worried as much as the other guy was.
But he couldn't let his thoughts take him over, he had a responsibility as the leader of nct , as a hyung who the younger members looked up to and as a brother like figure to aera. Taeyong had considered aera his little sister already so he is ready to do anything for her well being and protection.
