Rosalina's POV:
Walking out the elevator I see Nichole sitting at one of the tables in the cafe yes I have a cafe in my building but I rarely go to it.
"Nichole" I say with a smile she gets up and hugs me "hi Rosa"
She reply's before gesturing
for me to sit down.
"So you have the paper" i nod before taking the divorce paper out of my bag "how did you get him to sign it" Nicole has been trying to help me get Micheal to sign these paper for a while.
"I found the courage to face him again and I might if had some people help me" i say the last part lowly making her smirk and roll her eyes
Me and Nicole talk here and there I wouldn't say that where friends but if we saw one another we would say hi and go on about are business
"Ok let's get to the point this divorce is going to take a little while to be finalized in average it takes 12 months but since her already signed the papers it might be less. The cost 12,900 which includes 11,300 in attorney fees and about 1,600 in other expenses are you willing to pay that" she asked looking up at me
"Yes I don't care how much it cost I just want him away from me forever I......I'm just scared that he's going to find some way to hurt me again" i say with a sigh
"Rosa I promise you he won't hurt you again he's going to be in jail for a while....do you want to put a restraining order on him"
"Yes please" i say instantly while biting my finger it's something I do when I'm nervous
"Okay We'll I'll take this to the court for it can be seen by the judge. you might can do this divorce at home so you don't have to face him again but I don't know yet but when I do I'll get back you to ok" the tall blue eyes blonde says getting up
"Thank you Nicole...oh wait
I have these" i say handing her photos I took of bruises on my body
She looks at my apologetic before hugging me and leaving
Checking my phone I see it's time for me to go to my appointment.
Texting sky I let her know I'm leaving and to take all my meeting and business calls until I get back.
