I'm in the Monkey King Reborn Movie?!

Normal Day?

Jade woke up to her alarm and the sun that was leaking through her blinds.

Slamming down her hand on the clock, before getting up and walking to the bathroom. She looked in the mirror too see her dark red hair messed up, the black streaks in the front looked almost like lightning struck them.

Jade got a towel, and began to shower. After she was done she walked back to her room to get dressed. She put on her usual cropped tank top and blue jeans.

She brushed her hair and teeth before putting on a crescent moon pendent.

Now this pendent was given to her by her late mother, Yue. Her father gave it to her mother before he left, and her mother made Jade swear to never take it off, only time she does is when she sleeps.

"Least it's the weekend." Jade said to herself. She sat down and turned on her laptop to watch something on Tubi.

Some searching and scrolling later and she found something of her interest. "Monkey King Reborn?"

She clicked on it, feeling some good memories from the stories her mother used to tell her. She managed to get to where the group started traveling after Wukong got Tang Monk some water.

"Wish me and mom could've visited China. It would be nice to see grandma and maybe find dad." Her laptop glitched and the screen went black.

She clicked and tried to fix the device, but nothing. "Come on!"

The laptop started to flash with red, green, and blue swirling together. She dropped her computer and attempted to get away from it, but it only was in vein.

She only got sucked in until she was fully through the swirling vortex.

The laptop then closed and the house was still, as if nothing happened.
