Never say Never

So it is the start of the second semester so by now everyone has a boy/girlfriend. Except me.

Honestly I really do not care about not dating. I mean what is the point of loving someone, giving them your full attention when you know it won't last.  But, I do  know something that will last, your grades, they will be there to help you get into higher qualified groups/classes for the rest of your life almost. It's not like you can call up your ex when you need qualifications for something. Also there was no one for me to date. I was a #loner and did not care one bit.

This all was before he came back, and I saw those eyes.

Flashback to before Christmas Break:It was a couple days before the break, the girls and I were eating lunch at one table while their dates were somewhere else. And they all were pestering me about not having a boyfriend.

Emilia " Lila why do you like being a loner?! Whats so great about that?!"  Me:"So I can be there for y'all to help pick up your pieces. And no one is with me 24/7 stuck to my hip. Plus there is no singles."

Bel " What if someone transfered would you date them?!"  Me" I don't know guys... I would still keep my guard up & maybe date him if he met my 'quaifications' such being respectful, not 2 faced, my religon, and straight As."

Madi "Well I guess that will be never then,  I mean who could possiby live up to steal our Lila's heart."     Me " Never, say never cause nothing is impossible..."

And with that note that topic was ended.

Just a week after 2nd semester began a boy transferred to my school who  just happened to be in 7th grade and has  piercing brown eyes....

That I recognized.
