Good morning everyone my name is Lisa Culpo. Myself and others will give show and train you on how to master hopefully basic self defense techniques if you are attacked from front, back and side.
Do I have an volunteers?I promise my colleague will take it easy on you.

We will be using several rooms and will be able to see others using the techniques as well.

But it's two men and they are stronger Lisa. Yes men are basically stronger than a woman but their are pressure points especially around the fingers when you bend them that will make them move away. You have to do it hard and quickly.

James you up next with Amal. Amal walk away and pretend you don't know you are being followed and it's too late he has you in a hold around your neck. Try to get his fingers and pretend to bend them. Just bend a little bit so James will scream a little bit not even all the way. I don't want him hurt. Okay.

James comes up from behind and James grabs her a little too hard. I knew she would panic and react the wrong way. He went down on his knees quickly cussing.

Ah shit you broke my fingers. I am so sorry. James I am sorry. I went to quick and put too much pressure. She did the right thing even though I am out of here now. I am so sorry James.

I helped James up and he left to go leave for the hospital.

Amal I am going to try it but slower. Okay.

Amal was able to get out and had me on my knees.

They practice it for thirty minutes. We went to the next technique. I was only going to show them two or three techniques each day for 4 hours instead of the 8 hour I had planned after seeing many were having problems. Jason agreed 8 hours would cause more injuries after seeing James. He said he would reduce the fees which he did after the class was over with.

I went over with Jason what had occurred. He wasn't happy with James getting aggressive with Amal. He admitted she did the right think even though now he had two broken fingers.

I met with my other trainers and went over the necessary routines so tomorrow others won't get sent to the hospital.

I too a lunch in my office. My wife called to see how my first half day went.

Sweetie James went to hard on Amal and she broke to of his fingers like anyone who knows what to do should do. He is at the hospital. Jason and I spoke the classes are not going to be a full day. They need alot help and we don't want more hospital visits or worse.
How did Amal do afterwards? She was hesitant but got her confidence back towards the end. Did the others do well? Not really. This is why Jason is giving refunds for the other four hours and we are going to focus on two or three techniques until they master it. I met with the other trainers so we don't have another serious injury like today. People will be sore and have bruises an some scraps but hopefully no dislocated or broken bones. Jason is calling me. Katelyn said someone was working on the gas line by the wine fermenting barrels and they caught on fire ended catching most of the entire place except for the business off and the two houses. Was there any injuries? Yes several. Hectors father died when he ran in the burning building to get several workers out. He and three people didn't make it. Is Penelope okay? Yeah she wasn't there . She had a meeting here in our state to get the winery going for everlasting in Lodi California. She is devastated. She, Katelyn and Maura are on their way to see what is salvageable and to pay their respects to the victims and deceased family members.
