Good morning everyone. How are you all feeling? We have today and tomorrow to finish up.

Areas on body to cause pain to give you time to get away and call for help.
I want each of you to partner up and try these on your partner but not hard. Your body will react to the Area.  Practice until you come close or perfect it..

My fellow instructors and I went around  to help them.

I demonstrated this with Amal and several others.  They were getting the hang of it with cup  being worn by each person  they purchased for class today.

We went over several of the techniques they had learned. My wife showed up today so she can partake in it along with Jane and Avery Rizzoli. 

Everyone I would lie everyone to meet my wife along with Jane and her niece Avery Rizzoli. Each one of them have been victims in their careers and/ or their personal lives. I started this because my wife was a victim and I want to protect you all and others from hopefully becoming a victim. Sweetie please partner up with Amal. Jane you will partner up with me, since you are more advanced due to being an ex detective. Avery you  will partner up with Janet.  I want everyone to watch Jane and myself. Just because you ate trained doesn't mean you won't end up on the ground like this. Dang it Lisa I wasn't ready. It won't matter but okay. Oh you getting cocky now. Auntie be careful your not a youngster anymore. 
Amal and  my wife and several others laughed at what I stated to my aunt.

You ready now? Yes and don't take it easy either.  Jane I don't think that is a good idea. Just do like I am trying to hurt you. Okay.

My wife shows up after I hurt my back.
Hi doc.  Don't doc me. Charles told me you were hearing doing this. Lisa is half your age and stays in shape for this.  You should of known better.

My wife and Lisa help me up and we hear shooting of guns and explosion. 

Everyone stay in these rooms do not leave.  Trainers let's go.  Babe please be careful. I will do my best.  Jane you,Amal, Dr.Isles and both Avery's lock the door and keep everyone safe. I am glad everyone is in one room.

I leave with the other trainers.

J who would be shooting up this place? I have no idea but the door is locked and the windows are bullet proof with a sprinkler system if it gets worse.

My aunt and us tried to calm everyone down.

Auntie Maura this lady is having a asthma attack. Go in  her purse.  Which one is her purse?

Amal hands my aunt the inhaler and she shakes it and has the woman open her mouth to inhale two puffs.
It takes a little while to kick in. 
Hello I am Dr. Maura Isles.  What is your name? Edith.  How you feeling? Better thank you. The smoke from outside triggered it. Baby girl help your aunt to close the windows. We don't need anyone to get shot.

We hear Jason Quartermaine on the intercom system.

Everyone please stay inside and lock all doors and windows.  We will do our best to keep you all safe. 

We continue to hear gun shots and sirens are blaring along with the fire department but they cannot put it out because whomever is shooting is preventing it to be safe. 
I see my wife shoot the man who appears to be the leader which enables Joey and Casey and their crew to put out the fire.
Lisa shot one which appears to be the leader.  He isn't moving.  Good. He probably is dead Avery. Auntie one of the guys is one of our ex clients we cut ties with.
Baby girl says who.  I look at my wife. This guy is bad news and vowed to come after me and baby girl when he got out. 

We continue to hear shots.  We hear Jason  say ah fuck. I have been hit. Lisa give me more cover.
Doc what you doing? Getting him in here.  Let me help you.  Averys give me cover and Amal get everyone back behind the door.

My wife sees us shooting and sees Jane and Maura drag Jason inside the training room.
Amal locks the door.
Jane and Dr. Isles you took a big risk getting me. Thank you.  We heard you and knew you needed help.
Jason he is after Avery and I.  He vowed to kills us when he got out. Okay well at least now I know why this occurring. IT IS BETTER TO HAPPEN HERE THAN ANOTHER PLACE. 
Dr. Isles how bad is it? Pretty bad, but I  will do my best to stop the bleeding.
Jason I am going to remove your belt.  Okay.  Is there a first aid kit here? Yes in the closet attached to the door.

My wife uses his belt to slow the bleeding down and Avery Harris hands my wife the first aid kit which was pretty extensive. Dr
Isles smiles.
Jason you first kit is not a normal kit. No, none of them are. I am glad for your sake. Anyone have a lighter?
A man hands my wife the lighter.  My wife is sterilizing the tweezers,  knife so she can cut further to get the bullet out.

Jason this is going to hurt.  I numbed you but the pain will be there but less. I know this isn't my first time to getting shot in my abs.  I see that.

Jason is doing all he can not to scream. My wife is able to remove the main bullet and get the other pieces out.
She is cleaning the area to get more and removes all. She stitches him up and bandages him up.

We hear my cousin. Kevin and my brother along with others. 

Jane open the door. It's me Antonio.  We got them all by killing them or arresting them.
  Babe you put your life as well as you others getting my boss. Babe it needed to be done.  Samantha is here too. Okay thanks.
Jason you okay? I will be. Who were these people?  Babe they are Jane's and Avery's ex client who vowed to kill them when he got out. Let's get you to the hospital.  Dr. Isles thank you. No thank your husband  in having an extensive first aid kit. See I told you they would come in handy.  I know you did Sam and you were right.  Lisa take over here with Harry.  Okay.
We all were interviewed and finally release to go home.
