I would like you to move forward training the trainers only. It will come with a new office and budget to your office with a significant pay raise. We would like you to start next week full time training the trainers. Wow, thank you . Is Jason in his office?Yes but is taking a nap. Okay, I will talk to him later. Lisa left with her new budget and went to her new office that only had a chair and a phone in it.

I ended my call. I was glad to hear he was taking a nap. I informed Monica he was napping. She and Drew were happy. Drew took off to go for a run. I informed Monica that Jason would be flying back with them so he could visit everyone. She was thrilled. We ate lunch when Drew returned. In the meantime while Drew was gone, I went to my office to work on billing my clients for my private detective work.

I hung up and looked through an office calendar. I went to sign my new contract and contacted IT department to transfer my computer information to this office.
The IT guy came right away. The desk was the first item to arrive and I brought my desk chair which was more comfortable than the one that is currently on here. The lady said the rest of my furniture would arrive tomorrow morning to be assembled and placed. I chuckled because the furniture was expensive and it still required assembly.

I see Shawn moving items in his office around to fit him better. I went in and assisted him. We laughed because there are people in the company who specifically do this but to get something for done the way you want it. You basically have to do it yourself after the furniture is placed.
Shawn I already have interviews scheduled for Thursday of new trainers. I won't know who will need what type of training. We both trust your judgment. Jason wil be out of town on Wednesday. I am not sure when he will return. If you need anything, seek me out. Will do . I am going to go meet my wife to celebrate. Here is a bottle of champagne.
