Chapter Fourteen

"And please, don't be too surprised by....let's say the size of my family and my house" Rosé who walked to Lisa's left said as they were just walking up the hill the Park's mansion was located on. The busstop is at the feet of the hill. That's the only part Roseanne doesn't like about taking the bus to school.

"Why would I be surprised? And why didn't you tell me that hanging out at your place includes climbing a mountain?" the blonde joked as she felt how her legs slowly lost more and more of their strenght. Although Lisa runs pretty much and regular, walking upwards is one of her weaknesses.

"I didn't choose that my house gets build on a hill. Trust me, I also rather would live down at the feet of the hill" Roseanne gave back with a slight smile as she saw the blonde fighting her way up the hill.

"No but really Rosé, why would I be surprised by the-woah" The eyes of Lisa Manoban widened as her and her friend finally reached the top of the hill and a massive, white mansion revealed itself. Beautiful big windows, a big, nice front yard and a big gate to walk through.

"Rosé, your house is absolutely beautiful" Lisa said without taking her brown, fascinated eyes off of the Park's mansion. 

"Thank you. Since my mom published her first book...well it got very popular" the aussie smiled at Lisa from the side as she was still scanning the facade of the house.

The two made their way through the front gate to the front yard which was besides the parkingspot of the cars the Parks own.

"Is that a Bentley?" the blonde excitedly asked as she saw the black car standing there, it's varnish gleaming in the sun.

A chuckle by Roseanne followed before she cutely answered with "Yep" 

Somehow she found it super cute how excited Lisa got about stuff Rosé was meanwhile used to.

After unlocking the door of the house and stepping inside, Lisa's eyes suddenly sparkeled as she saw the inside of the most beautiful house she has ever seen. 

Light colors on the walls with bit pictures of famous artists along with some family pictures of Rosé and her mother. Looking at every piece of artwork, Lisa's attention got stuck on a portrait of Rosé and her mom. 

"I really love your pink hair but your brown hair looked super good aswell" Lisa smiled at the picture that showed Roseanne with her brown hair that she had before she dyed it pinkish.

A snicker escaped the lips of Roseanne followed by a "Thank you. If you'd like, since you're so fascinated by the house, I could give you a little housetour" 

"Really? I'd love that" the bright smile of the thai light up the place even more than it already was.

With a smile, Roseanne took Lisa to the first room after the entrance. The big living room where a big couch infront of  big TV was standing, while the open kitchen was right behind the eating table. 

Next thing to show was the big backyard where a pool, a big grill and some deckchairs made the yard look even more luxurious.

It took a while to show the blonde around the whole house but it was absolutely worth it to Roseanne to invest that time into making her friend smile by how excited she got being in a mansion this big for the first time.
