Back in time (Eternals x reader)

Chapter Seven

Everyone was outside, y/n was standing with Sprite, who was staring at Ikaris.

"I like watching him, too." Kingo said, both Sprite and y/n turned round to look at him.

"Jeez." Sprite said.

"I don't think it's creepy at all." Kingo stated. "Have you read Peter Pan?"

"Why are you bringing up a children's book?" Y/n asked Kingo.

"Thought you knew everything cause you were from the future." Kingo said.

"I know the key events, not much of what happens in between." Y/n replied then stuck their tongue out at Kingo.

"Okay, so, to me, Ikaris is Peter, Sersi is Wendy, you, Sprite, are Tinker Bell, for obvious reasons, and the rest of us are the lost boys." Kingo explained.

"What's your point?" Sprite asked as she started to walk away from Kingo.

"Tinker Bell's always been in love with Peter." Kingo told Sprite. Sprite stopped walking. "And it's hard for her 'cause she can never be with him." Kingo was right. Even y/n ,who has only been here for a few days, could see it, Sprite loved Ikaris, but Ikaris was in love with Sersi, which meant Sprite was heartbroken. "I'm sorry, Sprite."

"Kingo... why did Arishem make me this way?" Sprite asked.

"I don't know." Kingo replied. Sprite looked over at Karun, who had been recording this whole time.

"I thought you broke it." Sprite walked over to Karun.

"Always bring backups." Karun said. Sprite grabbed the camera and smashed it. Y/n tried to hide their laugh. "You have a very angry family, sir. Yeah, it's a big issue."

Y/n started walking away.

"Where are you going?" Kingo asked.

"To talk to my dad." Y/n simply replied as they kept on walking.

"I don't know who you are or what you want kid, but I definitely can't help you." Druig told y/n as he saw them.

"You're gonna be a dad soon, am I right?" Y/n told Druig, he looked at them a look of confusion as he didn't know how they knew about that. "Makkari is pregnant with your kid, isn't she?"

"How the hell do you know about her, about that?" Druig started to get angry, Y/n could fell the anger inside of him, but they stayed completely calm not getting the slightest bit scared of Druig shouting.

"Because Makkari is my mom... and your my dad." Y/n told him.

"How- how could that be possible. We only found out a few weeks ago." Druig said starting to calm down a bit.

"I am from 15 years in the future." Y/n explained. "Honestly I thought you were the smart one of the eternals, or at least that's what you told me." I walked over to one of the benches and sat down.

"You're my kid? From the future?" Druig asked. Y/n simply nodded. "Is this some kind of joke? Did one of the others tell you to do this?"

"How would they know about Makkari?" Y/n simply stated.

"Yeah I guess you're right..." Druig said, stunned by the news. Y/n couldn't quite tell what his emotions were. They could feel emotions of happiness, surprise and shock.

Before either of them could say anything else there was a loud noise coming from outside followed by someone shouting.

A/n: I know this chapter is short but I wanted to try and update something quickly cause I haven't updated in so long. I'm so sorry I haven't updated. I know it's been ages. I've had a lot going on in my life recently and haven't had time to write more of this story. I will try my best to update more often. I'm on my summer holiday now so I'll have more time.
