Chapter 20: Competition

Cody's POV

After umalis si Camila. Pumunta kami ni Chris sa Canteen. I offered to buy him food and drinks. Since, I feel like nagalit siya sakin kanina.

Nung nakabili na kami, umupo na kami ni Chris. At nagtanong siya.

"Cody, do you like Camila?"
Hayss. Here wo goo. -.-

"Chris, that doesn't matter.." Sinagot ko siya.

"To me it does. We're bestfriends. And okay lang sakin if you like her!" God, help.

"OKAY! I LIKE HER, OKAY? I REALLY REALLY LIKE CAMILA!" Why did I yell? 😕

Silent siya for a few minutes and nagsalita na rin siya.

"Okay. I like her too." What?

Tinignan ko lang siya. And after that I decided to change the topic.

"Look Chris, let's not get this between us." Tinignan niya ako at nagsmile.

"You're right, Cody. But, she'll only choose one. And I intend to be the one she chooses." Nagsmirk lang siya and umalis na.

Well, I guess I have to fight for her too. Haist. After 10 minutes umuwi na ako.

"Hoy! Rachel!" Rachel is my cousin. Pero, sa same school kami nag aaral.

"Ano Cody?!" Argh.

"We need to talk." I'm serious.

"ABOUT WHAT?" Mas nainis ang mukha niya.

"Kilala mo si Chris at Camila?"
Mas naging interested siya nung narinig niya name ni Chris.

"Ooh. Yes, I do." Naka smirk pa siya. Wew.

"Well, you like Chris right?" Crush na crush daw niya bestfriend ko since bata pa kami.

"I do. Why?" Hmm..

"Well, Chris likes Camila. And Iike Camila too. And I want Camila." She looked at me surprised. Pero, mukhang maga agree naman siya sa mangayari.

"So, Cody, you want me to help you to get Camila, and push away Chris from her?" Alam naman pala niya!

"Um, yes. Are you in?" I need her help.

"Yup! We start tomorrow. I'll tell you the plan when we get to school." With that, umalis na si Rachel.

Thank God at pumayag siya. Here we go. Starting tomorrow, we compete for Camila.
