How could I have been so stupid? I knew Jongin was a model and even with the small companies he works for he must know a lot of good looking people. Why would he stay with me?
I sighed loudly and tucked my phone back in my pocket after receiving yet another text from Jongin. I read them all and it made me confused. Maybe I was overreacting?
I shook my head. No matter how handsome Jongin was, I was not going to be played by him.

"Was that another one?" Baekhyun asked, while stirring his coffee. "He doesn't give up."

"He's not the point right now," I argued. "I'm so glad you are back."

Baekhyun smiled brightly at me. "I have never seen you so happy to see me."

"After a while it gets bored without you annoying me." I admitted.

The smile fell from his face. "But seriously, we need to discuss this. You are my best friend and if you want me to, I will go to his house, make sure his dog is safe and then burn it all down to the ground!"

"Baekie please..."

"I mean it. He took your..." He whispered the next word. "Virginity. So of course I am super mad!"

I bit my lip while thinking about that fact. Jongin had indeed been my first and it all had felt so real. Like it was all going to be okay. "It just doesn't make sense."

"Why?"

"He was so considerate, literally all the time. Even before when we only texted. He was perverted, for sure, but never mean." I let out another deep sigh. "Why would he put all this effort in just getting me in bed?"

Baekhyun shrugged. "I don't know. You have a point."

"Maybe our worlds were never meant to intertwine." 

"You guys would have met anyway. You being my friend and Jongin being Chanie's." He reasoned. "So some time you would have seen each other."

I nodded my head. "That's true."

Baekhyun's face lit up like any other time he had a bad idea. "Let's go to Byungchul's party."

I stared at him in horror. "Are you crazy?!"

"Listen, I know he's your ex and all, but you have to show him you are doing fine so he will stop provoking you."

"I'll think about it."

"Don't worry, Soo." He assured me. "I will be there by your side."

Baek: Your stupid friends convinced me you are not a player, but Soo is still too hurt, so you can explain yourself to me now if you want and I'll see what I can do for you.

Nini: Really?? You will talk to Soo for me???

Nini: Thank you so much!!

Baek: Only if you can prove to me what you said.

Nini: Okay let me think

Nini: Her name is Jennie Kim. Look at her insta and you'll see how she reacts to men in the comments. I'm not the only one she tries to get with.

Baek: Okay but that doesn't explain why you were talking to her.
