Inside of Kelsey's mind, a battle was commencing. She was trying to gain control of her consciousness again, but she failed. Kel was too strong, and there was no way he would give her control again.
"WHERE THE FUCK ARE THEY?!" Kel roared as he traversed through the forest. The forest continued to burn from the explosion only an hour before. Thick, black smoke ascended into the air. There had to be help coming soon, and Kel knew that. He was growing more and more desperate by the second.
Kelsey laughed at his desperation. She hoped that she would die in the flames so it would kill her & Kel and no one else would get hurt. The guilt was eating her alive inside. Kel had made her kill 10 people, more than half of her senior class. She felt herself slowly losing grasp of herself. Kel was taking over more and more by the minute. She felt hopeless. She held on as tightly as she could to her reality and her control over her own mind.
