Aang: That's my line! You stole it from me!

Bob: Who told you that? Are you just so jealous that you weren't in your universe for a century, bald head?

Aang: Don't bring my head into this!

Bob: (Mockingly) Yeah, right.

Ok, now, back to the story.

As mentioned in the previous chapter, Bob stroked the front cover of the book which was given to him by Winston, an acquaintance. Bob observed using his magnifying glass the fibres of the front cover which crosshatched one another and blew off the minor dust bunnies that accumulated on the book and then scanned the unique calligraphy of the title.

'Success Formula: Tricks to Life', Bob read aloud as the rays of sunlight shone through the barred window, gleaming on the red paperback.

His heart raced as if it were to depart his body with great excitement. Muscles tensing and relaxing . But a cold deafening shout cut the wind. 'All male and female prisoners must arrive immediately. Today all of you shall be mining at the uranium industries from nine to six in the evening. Then from six onwards you shall run around the entire outside of the prison for ten laps straight. Failure to do so shall result in being shot by firing squad. Thank you'

Bob continued focusing on reading his book, feeling the dusty old paper on each page, reminding him of the novels, textbooks and research papers which his father used to have in his library as a nerdy child who was a pro at maths, science and philosophy. By the time it was half past nine, Bob slid the book under the bed and left the cell for the bathroom as instructed by the prison wardens.

Saturday was hell but Bob was dedicated to endure the inferno hours of Saturday.

Every Saturday, this occurred each and every week.

As for Monday to Thursday, all the inmates were either being released, introduced into the cells, stuck in prison or put to death.

On Sunday, nothing happened. Friday was also exhausting.

Every day was a misery but Bob's spirit became stronger day by day, week by week as Bob planned to fulfill the goal he previously promised himself: To restore humanity and develop a cure. Bob officially became one thing that the rest of the other inmates failed to be: a man on a mission.
