You wake, a warm fuzzy sensation of happiness makes you smile as you slowly open your eyes to the smell of breakfast, the joyous chatter of your children and niece and your husband creating an exited atmosphere. The early morning sun, slightly hidden by a thin layer of grey cloud peeps though the curtains as you slowly step out of bed in your silky matching PJ's, a gift from Steve putting you fluffy slippers on, freshening up your face and brushing your teeth, you then slowly head downstairs, lingering in the doorway of the kitchen to watch.

"Aunty Ann!! Look what Uncle Brendan made!!" Your little niece TJ points to her hard boiled egg in its egg cup, a frowny face in marker pen on the shell as the top oozes with yoke. . . she's munching on a piece of toast. You found out Steve's real name was Brendan shortly after the incident and you decided you needed a fake name to use, just in case things went haywire . . and that was the first that sprang to mind.

"Morning gorgeous. . ." Steve slides over to you, kissing you on the cheek and wrapping and arm round you as you look at the kids all eating their breakfast.

"Morning" you snuggle into him "That looks amazing, Daddies out done himself today" you beam as they chat amongst themselves you look up at Steve "Why didn't you wake me?"

"You just looks so peaceful, more peaceful than I've ever seen you. I didn't want to wake you up."  He says gently, a glint of worry in his eyes, you can feel it, his worry about you but you scrunch your noise giving him a cute smile.

"Well I did have a fantastic sleep. . .  and a nice send off to sleepy town" you wink cheekily to Steve whispering the last bit, although not as quietly as you hopped.

"Did Daddy read you a bedtime story?" Jack's head pops up looking at you.

"Yes, yes he did" You and Steve smile, trying to hold back your laughter.

"Did you read Harry Potter?"

"No. . ."

"It was beauty and the beast" Steve steps in, you gaze at him, he'd remembered your comment, that day he'd let you free but you'd chosen to stay.

"My mum doesn't read .  . ." TJ blurts out "she just cries and screams"

"Well, you're here now, and you're safe" you kiss the top of her head.

"Have you got anymore cotton candy grapes!!" she pleads.

"Not today, sorry princess" Steve sighs looking in the fridge.

"Fuck you"

"OOOOOKKKAAAAAYYYY" You say clapping your hands brightly as your sons don't know whether to laugh or be shocked. "Lets get washed and clothes on shall we?"

"Where are we going?" Harry asks as Steve helps him off the bar stool.

"Its a surprise" You say excitedly and they all run off. "I better help TJ" you turn to Steve "are you going to be home tonight? You know after you  . . ."

"Yes, promise I will"

"The name of . . .  new arrival . . ." you search for the right words "whats her name?" You know instantly by the look on Steve's face.

"Noa. . ."

"I was afraid of that . . ." You sigh "I like her"

"But she's perfect. . . and it's too late. . . I'm too far in. . ." Steve pleads and then feels a twinge of worry but you eventually relent, realising he's right, he was too far in.

"I know she is . . ." you sigh "just, just make her stay pleasant will you? She's more Mollie's friend than mine but. . .  well just be nice ok?"

"Ok" Steve gives a laugh
