You hide your face as Mollie pulls up across the street, she doesn't see you call your boys into the house, only an arm motioning them in which they do so happily, you welcome them and close the door as you receive a text.
'I found his house. . . he's got a full other family'
'Oh shit! What are you gonna do?' you type back, peeking out the window as you do. A few moments later she's out of the car. You usher the boys upstairs to play and tell them under no circumstances do they come downstairs. You open the cubed in the office, take out a wig and then eye colour contacts and went into full Ann mode. The doorbell goes, the accent changes.
"Whatever you're selling I'm not interested" you call down the phone, using the ring doorbell system.
"Oh, oh no I'm not selling anything, sorry, my name is mollie and . . . ."
"Do I know you?" You quip back.
"No, but I er, I'm looking for my friend Noa and I was hoping you could help me, I think your husband might know her? It really should only take a minute." You close the phone, walking to the door and taking a deep breath as you answer.
"You do realise how strange that sounds right?" You come face to face with Mollie at the door.
. . . . . . . . . EARLIER WITH STEVE, NOA AND PENNY. . . . . .
"Extra cherries, you deserve it" he puts a plastic cup down in front of Noa as he sits down across the room, leaning back on the huge painting. Penny wasn't ready for treats and Melisa . . . let's not even go there. "Ah fuck, I am so tired" Steve moans as he takes his surgery cap off , throwing it down and begins rubbing his face. "Woke up at 2am going like really? now? I had to be up at 6 and then you know you're not going back to sleep and then up fucking 3 hours later. . . how are the meds?" He rattles on without taking a breath, eating his own cherries, left over from your baking. "Great, great great . . . still in denial" he aggressively bits off the cherry for them stalk "still in denial, yeah well, its gonna take a little time to adjust but eventually you're gone a learn to accept that things don't always turn out the way you thought they would" He shrugs, confining to eat. "You know we all die, but it's really just how we deicide to go out"
"Does your wife know you stayed the night at my place?" Noa asks laying down not looking at him.
"How the fuck?"
"The walls talk . . ." Noa muttered.
"It was a mistake" he grunts, getting up and walking away "Try to erm relax, if your in stress it isn't good for the meat." he says plainly before walking away and locking the door. Noa goes back to her magazine but looks at the handwriting in the margin. It read:
If you're reading this it means he likes you. use it. keep fucking fighting sending strength.

. . . . . . . . . . .
After what Noa guest must have been hours after hearing who she assumed was Penny being dragged away, Noa decided she was getting to worried, it worked up until she started banging on the walls. "Penny, Penny, please, answer already, please Penny, Penny!"
"What do you want?"
"Fuck" Noa sat back down, relieved "Jesus was that so hard?"
"I'm done Noa . . ." Penny calls back, her spark fading.
"No your not . . . "
"Penny. . . do you think his wife could have been a victim?"
"Why?"
