"Kami,
please stay close to me
so that you would not
be lost."
The lady says
as they arrived at the main entrance
of the village,
which was crowded
with lots of commoners
than it is with nobles.

"You mean to say
that you should stay close to me,
so you would not wander away,
you noble woman?"
The blonde man says
with a raised brow
as he looks at the lady.

"Do you even know
the roads of this village?
Certainly not.
The nobles do not step foot here
unless they look
for laborers."
The blonde further adds
which made the lady pout
and look away out of guilt,
because she is one of those nobles
that had only step foot
in a commoner's village
for that same reason.

"But Kami,
you are dressed
like a noble,
will you not protrude more?"
The lady mutters.

The blonde sighs
and lowers his straw hat
a little.
"Take a hold of my haori.
You do what you have to do
to invite more preachers."
The blonde firmly says.

Once he feels
the light tug of his haori,
he takes a step forward
to fully enter
the wholeness of the village.

For almost an hour,
the two of them
had taken a full course
of the village,
with the noble lady
inviting street sellers
and housewives
to pray at the shrine.

To the lady's surprise,
no one knew
there was actually a shrine
up in the mountains.

The blonde man
flinches and further dips
his straw hat.
The voice was familiar,
something that aches
his very being.

The owner of the voice
had thick lashes
with gray hair,
and beside him
was a ginger haired woman,
who also found the man
wearing the straw hat
uncannily familiar.

They had just seen

which they feel like
they have known of before.

"Noble lady,
let us leave the village,
for it would take us
a long time to arrive back
in the shrine."
The blonde says
as he tugs
at the lady's yukata,
disturbing her from inviting
more villagers.

The lady nods,
noticing the blonde's
urgency in his tone.
So they stepped foot
out of the village
and began their hike.

"Kami,
why is it
that no one knows
that there is a shrine
up in the mountains?"
The lady asks
with a sorrowful look.

"It is up
in the mountains,
noble lady.
It is hidden
from the villagers,
almost as if
it was on purpose."
The man replies
with his hands
behind him.

"The shrine
is almost not known
compared
to Ichi-nen Ē-gumi,
where so many villagers,
nobles and commoners alike,
go there to worship."
The man further adds.

"I see.
That shrine certainly has
a lot of worshippers.
But worry not,
Kami!
I have invited many
from the village
to go to the shrine!"
The lady cheers.

"Your efforts
are appreciated,
noble lady.
Let us see from then on
for what leads us
after today's events."
The blonde says.
