The sky was painted with soft oranges and fiery reds that lit up the clouds. The street lights came on to their regular schedule once the roads were almost vacant. The day was long and eventful for him. He's all partied out as they rode back to the château. The trees blurred into a leafy landscape with the music intertwining into his thoughts. JJ thinks about her. After two years, he still gets butterflies swarming around frantically. Part of him wants to believe that she does the same. She hasn't contacted them in a while. He doesn't know if it's because she couldn't or she simply found another home. Another him.

The question roamed his mind all the time. What if she doesn't want him anymore? What if she thought of him just as everyone else did? She couldn't possibly think that but how the hell could he know? A lot can happen in two years of isolated love.

They finally arrived pulling up in the driveway. JJ didn't take his eyes away from the window until Maya gave him a reason to.

"Who is that?" She suspiciously wondered.

He turned his head following what she saw.

A girl sat on the porch steps. Her red and black suitcases sat beside her. They all were perplexed until they noticed a key factor. Her pogue bracelet she mindlessly played with around her wrist.

"Oh my god," Sarah said, breathless.

The girl looked up, squinting her eyes trying to see through the light. His heart did a double take, almost starstruck by who it was.

"Is that-" Pope started

"Yeah, I think so." JJ finished with a smile on his face.

"Uh can someone tell me who that is?" Maya asked, confused by the whole situation.

Sarah was the first to get out. Kiara instantly stood up as the blonde dashed over embracing her to the point of suffocation. Their bright smiles beamed lighter than the headlights.

"I fucking missed you, man." Kiara mumbled, keeping her tears at bay.

"I missed you more."

Next up was John B. Pope and Cleo weren't that far behind. Each of them joined the girls as they all happily sobbed on the shoulder of the other.

JJ started to leave until Maya grabbed his knee. He looked over and can clearly see that she's not understanding what's happening.

"Remember Kiara, the girl I told you about way back when?"

"The one you're in love with?"

He nodded. Maya glanced at her then back at him.

She started to get just as surprised as they were,"Dude!"

JJ laughed before leaving her with her thoughts. He saw that they began to depart. His belly button started to touch his spinal cord feeling the immense amount of nervousness. Once she was fully free her eyes met his. He could see that she'd been crying but even then, she always looked beautiful. She looked more than beautiful to him. Like a memorizing angle or a freshly picked flower from the fields of endless admiration. Maybe he was deprived or maybe he was tired but his love grew ten times stronger than the last time he had seen her. He didn't believe that could happen but everything is not aligned by beliefs.

Kiara saw him heading their way. Her eyes started to water again. She's dreamt about him since she left. Carving out every scenario conceivable to fulfil her desire. But when she finally saw him, all of that flooded into anger. He replaced her and has the nerve to come over to them? Her eyes shifted to the figure shortly behind him. Her expression forms into a subtle frown. She doesn't want to see him or whoever his mistress is. Her eyes lingered on his but quickly rolled as she turned to John B.
