Chapter 29: DEM's Move

Onboard the Fraxinus, It was another day of monitoring the mansion for Kotori and her crew, they were on survailence of heir mansion for 4 days straight now. Reine bearly had any sleep, Kotori was able to go home and sleep in her house. Right now it was the middle of the afternoon. Kotori is still watching the monitors.

Kotori: Still no movements, I think DEM might be backing down right now, since their forces are sill recovering from the fight a couple of days ago.

Reine: That might be the case commander, but we cannot go at least a day without watching them. They are weak but not out.

Kotori: Yeah youre right for all we know, they could launch a secret operation to capture Y/n.

Reine: Exactly, so lets stay vigilant.

Kotori looked back at the monitors with a serious expression.

On the ground, Y/n was with her sisters chatting with some tea. Miku and Kurumi still cant get along, but the two could at least agree on something, as they stared at Queen, Y/n coulve sword she saw lightning comming out from their gaze.

Y/n: Uhhh Kurumi nee chan? Miku nee chan? Could you not stare at Queen nee chan like that?

Kurumi: We're not Imouto.

Miku: We were just..... Chacking if her clothes were clean.... Yeah thats it.

Queen just giggled at the teo's exuses which earned a gaze from the two. Nothing was really happening right now, It was strangely peaceful. All of them felt like it was the calm before the storm. The day went by like normal, with shido and the spirits visited the mansion, much to Miku's delight. She showed him around while the rest were playing games, Yoshino, Kaguya Yuzuru and Tohka were playing Uno. Y/n, Kurumi, Queen Natsumi and Origami were playing Monopoly.

Then came night, the atmosphere was suprisingly tense as Y/n went to bed. The spirits wanted to stay for the night which Y/n and her sister agreed to. Right no she was tired as she gazes at the star filled night sky. Thinking about many things.

Y/n was then cut by Rustling tree branches outside, she guess it was just the wind since it was pretty windy. What she doesn't expect is a figure in the shadows. It was already too late as the figure tackled Y/n, she placed something Infront of her nose which knocked her out. The figure then actuvated her realizer binding Y/n's arms and legs using what looks like an orange jelly like substance.

Onboard the Fraxinus it was all alrams and people walking around contacting command. Reine was desperately contacting Kotori which after a while picks up.

Reine: commander!!

Kotori: *yawn* is there something wrong?

Reine: Its Y/n!! She is being captured!!

Kotori's eyes widen as she woke up every spirit including Shido, Kuurmi, Queen and Miku. Once they were all awake. They tried to open her room, it was locked which lead to Kotori blasting it open with <Camael>

Inside Ellen was seen picking up an unconscious and bound Y/n. She deployed a barrier and smokes to cover her escape.

Kotori: Dammit!!!

Kurumi: NOT AGAIN!! I WONT LET YOU!!

Kurumi just shattered the barrier with ease and runs into the smoke to try and tackle Ellen, but she was no longer me in the room.

Kurumi: NOOOO!!!! NOT AGAIN NOT AGAIN!!!! I CANT LET THSI HAPPEN AGAIN!!!

Kurumi just dashed out of the window, seaching the perimeter for her sister and Ellen, Kotori then contacted the Reine on teh Fraxinus.

Kotori: Anything on thermal imaging?

Reine: Nothing.... Shes long gone.

Kotori turns to look behind her, only to find Queen and Miku missing too. The DEM building, it was destroyed but she guess there was an underground facility. The three desperate older sisters search until dawn broke. They found nothing. They returned to the mansion and faced Kotori.

Kotori: Welcome back, as suspeceted they did lure us into a false sense of security before launching a stealth attack to Capture Y/n.

Queen: Where did she take her?...

Queen asked Kotori in a cold angry tone.

Kotori: We suspect the DEM building had an underground network. It would only be the reason because the bug I planted on Y/n is there.

Miku: I see...

Kotori: Don't worry we'll get her back. Trust me...

Kurumi was far from the group huddled down in the corner of the room. Her clones are turning the city upside down again looking for Y/n.

After that they were all teleported to the Fraxinus which was already flying to the remains of the DEM building.

Unknown location

Y/n slowly wakes up, she finds herself in a white room, her arms and legs were tightly bound with orange jelly like substance. She tried to use her angel but the, gel prevented her. Her mouth was also gagged with the same jelly like substance which prevented her from speaking. The door on the other side of the room opens to reveal Ellen with Isaac.

After they enter the door shuts and Isaac stares at Y/n with a smirk.

Isaac: Well well if it isint <Akumu> herself.

Y/n struggled through the gel but she was tightly bound not allowing her to move a muscle.

Isaac: Hmmm what to do to make you inverse.

Ellen: I suggest we torture her.

Isaac: Not needed Ellen, after you did say they spotted you escape. Which means all of them are comming here to save her. Prepare the equipment to terminate <Nightmare>

Ellen: As you wish.

Y/n eyes widened, she knew to force her to inverse Ellen would have to Kill Kurumi. This will be met with string negative emotions and it will be the catalyst for her to inverse. She struggled through the gel again trying to get free.

Isaac just leaves the room with Ellen Leaving Y/n to her own thoughts, a monitor then appeared giving Y/n a front row seat of the soon to be battlefield.
