The next morning I woke up sitting on the couch, next to Luke. I guess we were too busy crying our hearts out last night that we didn't realize that we fell asleep. His arm was wrapped around my shoulder and my hand was on his chest. I slowly moved away from him and went to the kitchen.

I was making the breakfast for the two of us when I heard a voice from behind, it was clearly familiar to me so it didn't make me think twice that it was Luke.

"Good morning," Luke said, and I looked back at him and gave him a smile, well I guess I tried to.

We sat down on the dining table and ate breakfast while talking about what we recently discovered. "When I first saw them, I didn't move or do anything. I stood frozen there. Then they pulled away from each other and noticed me looking at them and Ella went near me while Calum walked away, covering his face with his hands. Ella tried to kiss me and said sorry but I pushed her away. Then I left." Luke sighed and continued eating.

"Calum just walked away?" I asked him. I still couldn't believe he did that.

"Yeah," Luke said. "He was probably ashamed of himself or something."

We sat there in a moment of silence for a few minutes. Luke probably couldn't stand it anymore so he spoke out.

"Well he should be, anyway."

It was Monday morning and I was greeted by a smiling Calum Hood standing by my locker.

"Good morning, Hailey!" Calum said and tried to hug me but I pushed him away.

I opened my locker and took out some books that I needed for the morning, still ignoring Calum who was still standing nearby.

"Hey!" He said like he was offended. "Why won't you talk to me?"

I slammed my locker shut and gave him a look. And with that, I walked away from him but I was too slow and he caught my hand. I tried to take out of his grip but he held on my hand tightly.

"Get away from me!" I yelled at him, making a few students around us look at me.

"No! Why won't you talk to talk me?" Calum yelled back, making his grip in my hand tighter. I screamed at the pain I felt and someone yanked me back and Calum lost his grip on me.

"Get away from her!" The person that pulled me back shouted at Calum. I knew it, I knew him too well. Luke stood in front of Calum, looking at him angrily.
"Mate, what the hell?" Calum said, looking very confused by the situation. "I just want to talk to my girlfriend."

"No, Cal. I don't want her to get hurt by you again." Luke said sternly, like he was spitting on Calum. He gave Calum one last glare and faced me. Luke took my hand and led me down the hallway, away from Calum.
