Spring break is here!!!! So hopefully I'll be more consistent... also my birthday is coming!!! March 25th baby!!!!
Y/n's POV
Y/n awoke with a start after tasting a strange salty liquid drop down her throat. She blinked a couple times adjusting to the light and who she saw wasn't who she was expecting. "Mattheo?" She asked.
"Yeah, it's me. Are you okay?" He asked, his voice was shaky.
"I think so..." she said clutching her head. She still felt a little woozy. "What was that, what you put in my mouth?" She asked. Mattheo took out a small vial and showed her," Phoenix tears, stole them from Dumbledore's office last year. I use them when I get into brutal fights," he declared. Y/n nodded without saying a word.
They both sat there in silence until Mattheo broke it, "what happened?" He asked. He knew about the scar but he didn't want to push her. "I don't want to talk about it," she replied.
"Why not?" He decided to say it anyway, " And what's with the blood, is it the scar?" Y/n's eyes widened at what she heard. How does he know???
"How? Did you..." she gulped motioning down. Mattheo turned red, " no no...but...just like a little..."
Y/n's face turned red and she instantly got defensive, " none of your business!" She snapped, "I do not need to explain myself to you," she said looking away. Mattheo felt himself angering, why the fuck is she being so foolish. I want to help her?!?!?!
"Then at least tell me why you were stupid enough to drink so much and go fuck Cedric Diggory," he yelled.
Y/n's eyes darkened and she clenched her fists. "Do not speak that name in my presence," she said through clenched teeth, " Get. The. Fuck. OUT!" She said practically yelling the last part.
Regretting what he said Mattheo stood up and left. He could've helped her, instead he made a big mistake and took it too far, as always. Sadly taking one glance back and hearing y/n's silent sobs, he left the common room, his head hanging low.
