Kelley's Pov
I was dreading hearing the last final bell about to sound out signaling the end of the day. I just wanted to sleep, and forget my stupidity for once in my entire life. Of course they made sure to remind me of my detention having a student aid drop off my pass during my last period class which was history, with my head pressed firmly onto the desk sleep had almost taken over me, almost at the peak of taking over I was on the brink of sleep when the loud bell courses through the loud classroom followed by the growing chatter, sliding chairs and tables.

So much for prolonging my shared fate. Wonder how many other people were gonna be in detention today.

I took my time packing up everything scooping up my college book, it was a large book in frame looking at the dotting baby blue pass that sealed my fate on that Friday afternoon. Room 208 that's on the second flood. I nodded to myself leaving the classroom, deciding to go drop some things off into my locker which gave me around five minutes to get there.

It was almost mindless as my feet carried me up the stairs rushing through to not bump into others. Good thing I had tied up all my hair earlier, by the time I had arrived to the room number and entered into the already open door. I spotted the teacher at the front desk. So I'm assuming Mr. Blake always ran detention.

He was one of those teachers who I casually could say didn't give two shits about what his students did. Though he enforced his own little rules. Must be the first one here, nodding my head at him as a greeting. I slide into one of the middle like seats sliding my backpack, plopping down into the seat resting my arms over my large book watching as the clock ticked away before another person slipped into the room.

Her hair was bright pink with different shades highlighting it and quite honestly she looked bored plopping down into one seats not too far from me rubbing the back of her hand across her mouth, slightly smearing her red lipstick though she didn't seem to mind slumping into her seat.

Another ten minutes rolled by when another figured slammed the door open and slipped inside black and red hair was the first thing I saw minus the ease expression in his heavy eyes, he moved through the does plopping into the far right corner chair, when he had walked passed me the smell of heavy metallic like scent was around him, he looked almost just as bored as the other girl that came in.

I kept my arms pressed firmly in place. Mr. Blake was flipping through his own book briefly looking up to stare between us. I found my eyes looked away from the two to watch one more figure make their way into the room. Loud music was the first thing I could hear blaring from the headphones wrapped around his head, long black hair pulled back from his brown eyes.

For a minute he scanned his eyes around the room, slightly landing on everyone in there before he moved between the rows sliding his backpack to which it landed right underneath the desk behind me, hearing his body hit and plop down in the seat hearing him shuffle before the music was turned down a tad bit. It had to have been an hour since the bell had rung when I realized it was just us four in here today. No one really wanted to do detention on a Friday.

"Alright I suppose it's just you four this afternoon. Detention runs until 5 aclock. Do try not to get on my nerves too much and I mean that literally Caleb." I looked over at my shoulder seeing Mr Blake was focused on the boy in the far right corner who had his head pressed into his desk with loud grumbles. The pink haired girl was chewing at the string from her jacket chuckling as she shook her head.

"Yeah yeah I know the drill I'm in here like every other week." I hid a small smile sighing sinking back into my chair some more.

So I'm gonna be in here for? I started counting in my head.

School let out at 2:45 so three hours of sitting in this stiff ass chair?

"I've never seen you in here before, you must be a goody goody." I focused my attention to see it was the pink haired girl staring at me fully was it interest in her eyes? I had not a single clue. I let out a loose chuckle exhaling.

"I wouldn't say a goody goody. I just learn not to get in trouble." She let another chuckle out nodding her head a couple times.

"Sara no talking!"

The boy behind me I could feel his eyes on the back of my head, I found myself growing bored since Mr Blake had called out about not talking. I found myself opening up the college book flipping through it with ease, scanning my eyes slowly. I was so infused with it that hearing the quiet yet husky voice speaking over my shoulder almost had me jumping in place.

"What's that?" I slightly looked over my shoulder, his headphones were hanging loosely around his neck the strands of his hair kept getting in his view till he was ruffling it around with his fingers.

"This? Oh it's a college book, just has all kinds of colleges and requirements to get into the school." I explained with ease, watching him tilt his head before nodding a couple times.

"Can I see?" I nodded my head gently lifting it up to pass to him which he took out finger tips touching. How... Odd I recall his voice from work. I blinked quite a few times, hearing him pushing in the chair more.

"Oh wow.. This college has all kinds of foreign courses. Need a SAT score of above 1400." He breathed out a small chuckle to himself, I watched him over my shoulder finding myself amused as I spoke.

"I scored a 1389." His eyes once more flicked up to meet my own listening to me speak.

"I scored a 1388." I chuckled, speaking gently as I tapped my pen across the desk in rhythm.

"At least you can say you aren't stupid." The loudest snort tore from him, before he handed the book back over to me.

"I suppose that's true. Stupidity at its finest." I faintly smiled and spoke quietly to him once more.

"Kelley." He slightly leaned back in his seat running his hands loosely through his hair speaking back to me.

"Trevor."
