- 85 kg
- 1.69 cmAnd a typical emotional eater. It's hard for me to go on a diet because I like to try to make myself happy with food and snacks, which of course doesn't work long term. I feel weak while dieting. Don't move enough and my mind is on the next meal..
I watch a lot of videos and lost 10 kilos in 2 months a year ago, with a lot of cheat days. Unfortunately, I did not adopt a healthy lifestyle and quickly put on all the weight again.
This time I have to and want to lose more than 20 kg in the next few months, because I planed a lot of thing that I will reveal chapter by chapter .
Lets Start. Tomorrow I go shopping and show you what I eat and what kind of diet I want to do.
