Cherry had come over to hang out with Bob, she was wearing a brownish skirt and a white collard undershirt with a blue vest, the colors, it was something she would wear and it just looked good and never got old. Something I loved about her, the way her smile looked even more detailed and bitter sweet in the colors, it brings out her green flashy eyes and pink colored lips, my heart felt like it was getting ripped out seeing her with my brother.."Cherry, could you help me with something?" I asked her, she was walking through the kitchen going to the living room to chill and talk with Bob. She walked over to me and nodded.
"Of course, whatdya need?" She asked, placing the palm of her hands on the counter top and looking me directly in the eyes which made my legs feel weak. She was willing to help me, I hated the feeling of her not knowing but it made it better knowing she could talk to me and not see me as some freakish lesbo. I loved attention, the right attention, and when it wasn't I'd only like it when I knew how to fix it. If anyone knew about my true feelings I wouldn't know how to fix it, you can't fix something everyone wants dead."Do you mind baking with me?" I asked Cherry, she inhaled and looked over to the wall that was splitting the kitchen from the livingroom, thinking of Bob would approve. She looked back over to me and bit by her fingernail that no longer had the polish on when it once did. "Yeah sure, I'll go tell Bob." She told me with a bright smile. When she smiled I felt that I could feel the universe give me everything I've ever wanted, it felt like a cold breeze and all my problems faded away. When she came back she grabbed my wrist with the smile remaining on her face. That smile could strike an eye out I'll tell you.
"What are we makin?" She asked, I looked up at the ceiling with a thinking face so she got the memo. I looked back at her and smirked.
"Have ya ever made cupcakes?" I asked her , grabbing onto her wrist like she did mine. She looked down, she smiled, she smiled that i had grabbed her wrist which made me feel like I was floating at this point.
She responded. "Once or twice, but I was real young so if I butcher it it's my bad." She said with a chuckle, I think I'd screw this up more then her, I couldn't focus on anything but that damn smile. She could make me fall into a internal life if I looked at her long enough. I could live when I look into her eyes, when I look at the way her air flows in the wind, her smile. Jeez, i could watch her for days."I'm sure you won't mess it up, I'm sure I will though." I had said with a laugh, I was nervous, more nervous then I could imagine. She looked at me and shook her head.
It's been about 10 minutes since we started. I was dumping in the baking powder as Bob jumped in the kitchen to scare us, i jumped and threw some flour on Cherry's face by accident. My mouth gapped open and I threw my hand over my mouth.
"I am so sorry!" I said with a giggle trying to wipe some of the powder off of her face. She laughed and said. "No it's alright, I ain't gonna throw a hissy fit over some powder." She laughed, she looked at me in the eyes as I go the power off of her face. I looked down at the floor to avoid eye contact with her eyes, if i looked long enough I might've made a mistake I'd regret.
Bob looked back from outta the fridge. "What did you do Josie?!" Bob snarled, causing me to look up. He sat his beer on the counter walking over to us to see Cherry's face covered in powder. Bob looked at her and gained a mischievous smirk on his face.
"This remind you of anything, Red?" Bob said laughing referencing to jizz, kissing Cherry on the cheek while holding the side of her face in his palm.
"Don't be so dirty in front of your sister Bob, christ sake." Cherry said returning the laugh, connecting lips with Bobs. I looked back down and gulped, i let go of Cherry's face and laughed with a tiny fake smile on my face. I was hurting, but I was playing the role of just her friend and I had to stay in character.

Bob had left the room, Cherry looked at me and showed me different angles of her face.
"Is it all gone?" She asked me, I looked at her drawing my attention to her. She was so lovely, i felt my face shiver and i had felt i was looking at her in a way she wouldn't like so i looked over to the side.
"Yeah, it's all gone." I had said, I looked back at her caused by her grabbing my hand. My breath was taken away, I looked at her and had landed a smile on my face.
Cherry popped her head up from viewing my trembling hand. "Your nails, their gorgeous. The color really suits you you know?" Cherry had informed me, my heart felt as if it was struck with lightning. She didn't hold on my hand because she had feelings for me as well. She did it because of some stupid nail colors. I put a tiny smirk laid out on my lips. "Thanks Cherry, you're a real dime." I told her.
