Izuku's Pov

Despite my nurse's very strict rules about staying in bed i decided to go walk around in the garden of the hospital

I breathed in the nice smell of air
Accompanied with a bit of Pollution from some old guys smoking nearby which made my nose wrinkle

Its been a few days since i woke up

They say cases of this so called virus had gone down after a Medic Hero overseas made a vaccine

Everyday i see people getting discharged and greeted by family

Some with permanent damage too like being paralysed the waist down

Others being Anemic from the blood they lost from the coughing

Im sure im going to be discharged soon

But the doctors say ive been acting odd at times

Saying i zone out and mumble weird things

Which is weird because i dont remember any of it

Ive been taking sleeping pills sometimes whenever its difficult to sleep in that hospital bed

My pillows gotten all flat but whenever i try and fluff it up it just gets flatter..

Kinda like when i try to make pancakes

Im getting side tracked

Lifes basically going back to normal, il admit being at the hospital is kinda fun seeing the nurses scramble whenever the
"black glowing snake"

Appears in the hospital kitchen and steals food

"You're being discharged kid"

Mr.Aizawa said as he was holding the complimentary pillow the hospital gave to every patient that stayed for more than 1 night

"Finally, i can go back to the dorms right?"

I asked as i sat criss crossed on my bed

"Yes but you still need to take these meds alright? Your going under observation for a few more days"

Aizawa-sensei passed me a pill container with enough for a whole month

I flipped the bottle and read the prescription

"iron? Why do i need these?"

I looked up to Mr.Aizawa as he raised his brow

"you almost fell off the balcony after passing out from standing up too fast on the edge"

"Ok i see your point now, then what are these then?"

I ask as i point out the 3 tablets in a plastic baggie

"For hallucinations, now lets go"
He says nonchalantly

"Hello~ dorms! Its so nice to be back!"
as i dragged out the hello

I said as i slided the van door and opened my eyes to be met with everyone outside the dorms and...

A plane crashed into a bush?

"Oh hey izuku glad to see you're out!"

I see A Brunette say while standing besides everyone else

I put my hands slowly into my pocket and open the little baggie

And slowly bringing one of the 3 little pills to my mouth before Mr.Aizawa stops my hand

"not a hallucination kid"

Mr.Aizawa said before going on ahead inside

What the hell did i miss?!

Sorry for how long my break was, my injury is Semi-healed now

Im currently going through rehab though because i cant stand for more than a minute nor even attempt to walk
